Me colocaram no 10 andar. Para minha surpresa, na quarta feira às 16h quando retornei ao hotel cansado depois de um dia de reuniões, me deparei com musica alta, gritaria e arrastado e baticas no andar de cima. Liguei para a recepção, e para minha surpresa, me informaram que era uma festa para os funcionários. Uma falta de respeito com os hóspedes. O barulhou perdurou até as 19h.

Pros:

Hotel aconchegante, quarto amplo, cama confortável, funcionários atenciosos e proativos tanto na recepção quanto no café da manhã. Próximo de diversos pontos turísticos e restaurantes da cidade.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem simples, com poucas opções. Arredores do hotel tem muitos moradores de rua (não é um problema do hotel, sim da cidade) e não me senti segura pra circular a pé mesmo em distâncias muito curtas.

Excelente hotel com uma estadia maravilhosa

Hotel com localização central, perto da Av. Paulista, com staff muito gentil e atencioso, com camareiras super competentes e o café da manhã é maravilhoso e com muitas opções doces e salgadas, muitas frutas e tranquilidade no ambiente para uma excelente refeição. Recomendo muito.

Somente um adendo, o chuveiro é muito bom, com água abundante e aquecimento na medida, mas no quarto em que fiquei havia um vazamento no cano do chuveiro, que não atrapalhou os banhos, mas era desperdício de água.
