Nos dieron una habitación equivocada para la primera noche
Convenient to central plaza, clean, breakfast food was good but the same every day. We appreciated being able to store our luggage when we went to Machu Pichu.
We would have preferred to be able to take a cup of tea or coffee to our room. The downstairs lobby was very limited.

Jordi, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was a great host. I was taken care of with extreme care and concern with services that was very accomidating. Thank you Jordi and i hope that we see you again.
Everything was perfect and I was only unhappy that my trip was cut short due to personal reasons.

El servicio de desayuno, en dos ocasiones tuve que solicitar que el personal pueda tomar mi pedido, en la última ni lo hicieron. Una noche no pudieron manejar la situación de que un pasajero en estado de ebriedad no dejaba de hacer bulla y escándalo en su habitación.
Camas confortáveis, café da manhã ótimo e o moço da recepção que nos atendeu muito simpático e prestativo. Não tivemos nenhum problema na hospedagem.
