El servicio de desayuno, en dos ocasiones tuve que solicitar que el personal pueda tomar mi pedido, en la última ni lo hicieron. Una noche no pudieron manejar la situación de que un pasajero en estado de ebriedad no dejaba de hacer bulla y escándalo en su habitación.
Camas confortáveis, café da manhã ótimo e o moço da recepção que nos atendeu muito simpático e prestativo. Não tivemos nenhum problema na hospedagem.

The staff was very helpful for all queries, from changing rooms to towels and more. We changed from the first floor to the third floor, which was much nicer. The location is incredible, it's right in the center and is quiet.
The triple room was quite small for three people, but it would be fine size for a couple. There was also no space or shelves to take out clothes or open suitcases. It was quite chilly in the room, even with a heater.

A recepção já na chegada foi ótimo com o Kevin que me ajudou. A localização do hotel não poderia ser mais perfeita também.
Apesar das áreas comuns não serem muito agradáveis, os quartos compensaram sendo modernizados mesmo em uma casa colonial como é essa que constitui o hotel.
Falando em casa colonial, esse acaba sendo também um problema já que o hotel não tem elevador e se você tiver no último andar, mesmo com os funcionários te ajudando a subir, uma hora você precisa descer certo? 😂
Também tem a questão de que eles não antecipam o café da manhã, mesmo um pão ou uma fruta ou qualquer coisa. Precisei fazer o check-out às 6h00 da manhã e o café da manhã começava às 6h30 e quando eu pedi para pegar algo lá, a funcionária inclusive desligou a luz e disse que não tinha nada apesar de ter começado a montar o café. Achei deselegante. Mas era regra. 💁🏻
