La decoración es típica y acogedora. La ubicación es muy buena.
La limpieza pudo mejorar. Deben ventilar más el lugar porque hay muchos ácaros. Por otro lado, deben solucionar el tema del extractor del baño. En la noche olía terrible. El desayuno no tiene muchas opciones. Nadie te ayuda con las maletas a pesar de no tener ascensor. Dijeron que se comunicarían y nunca lo hicieron.
Excelente ubicación y el trato del personal es muy bueno. Desayuno abundante y ya me había alojado el año pasado, por eso volví:)

El café es bueno, el espacio del cuarto cómodo, Las camas buenas y muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor en Cusco, además, hay una Plaza afrente donde si ubica un museo y un café.
La subida de la Plaza Mayor es un poco inclinada y hay dos planes en el hotel. Solicité el cuarto en el térreo pero nos dejaron en el 1er piso. Dejamos así por el sonido ya que el café es servido en el térreo pero es algo que hay que tener en cuenta caso si es un hóspede con necesidades físicas.
Nicol is super friendly and fluent in English. She gave us a warm welcome and make us feel like home. I appreciate her assistance. The location and breakfast are good. Rooms are comfortable, although insulation is not good, as is most of the accommodation in town. Overall highly recommended.

No dan Box breakfast cuando uno debe salir temprano para realizar algun tour y no alcanza a desayunar en el hotel.

El hostal contaba con buena ubicación, muy céntrico. Está a una cuadra de la piedra de los 12 ángulos y a 3 cuadras de la plaza de armas. El lugar se sentía seguro y era de fácil acceso para vehículos. El personal fue muy amable y las instalaciones funcionaron bien (agua caliente e internet). Contaban con secador de pelo en recepción.
La ropa de cama y toallas eran un poco viejas y tenían algunas manchas. La ventilación del baño no funcionaba. No ofrecían una opción alternativa al desayuno (snack), y muchos de nuestros tour partían de madrugada por lo que no pudimos desayunar en el hotel.

Convenient to central plaza, clean, breakfast food was good but the same every day. We appreciated being able to store our luggage when we went to Machu Pichu.
We would have preferred to be able to take a cup of tea or coffee to our room. The downstairs lobby was very limited.
