As toalhas velhas e algumas rasgadas fiquei com nojo um hotel 3 estrelas sem o mínimo de padrão. Fotografei e enviarei nos anexos. Quanto ao café da manhã era apenas uma funcionária para tudo desde fazer preparações quentes a repor. Os hóspedes saiam e as mesas ficavam sujas e sem local limpo para os outros que estavam chegando

Boa localização e conforto, mas com barulho e falhas graves no atendimento.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bonito, bem apresentado e a cama é excelente, garantindo uma boa noite de sono. A localização também é um ponto alto. No entanto, tive problemas estruturais: como o hotel é construído em madeira, o isolamento acústico é inexistente e ouve-se todo o barulho dos hóspedes do andar de cima. O chuveiro também precisa de manutenção, pois a temperatura oscilava muito e a pressão da água caía constantemente. Além disso, o checkout às 10h (padrão no Peru) é muito cedo e acaba prejudicando o descanso. Para finalizar, tive uma falha grave de comunicação: solicitei um banho após o checkout para poder viajar à noite, o que foi autorizado previamente, mas negado na hora programada. Tive que viajar sujo após o passeio devido a essa falta de alinhamento entre a equipe.

Cons:

O que mais comprometeu a experiência foi o péssimo isolamento acústico da estrutura de madeira, a instabilidade do chuveiro e, principalmente, o erro de comunicação da equipe que me impediu de tomar banho antes da viagem, apesar de terem prometido o acesso.
