Würde wieder kommen.

Schöner Innenhof. Einfache Zimmerausstattung.

O que espero de uma hospedagem: boa cama e um bom chuveiro, e o Plaza Saphi entrega tudo, a cama super confortável e ducha com jato de água forte, além das acomodações ser um charme, já me hospedei mais de uma vez e voltaria com cert.eza.

Nao havia uma cadeira sequer no quarto, nao havia frigobar. Nao havia secador de cabelo, a unica janela do quarto era de vidro que dava para o corredor de passagem dos demais hospedes, o que significa privacidade zero

Excelente ubicación, cómodo, bien en precio/calidad

Excelente ubicación, precio/calidad, me encantó el hotel, pieza y camas cómodas, limpio y todo lo necesario para estar bien. Lo que destaco es que se nos quedó una argolla de matromonio de Oro en el velador, ya cuando estabamos en el aeropuerto de regreso, llamamos para consultar, y si bien en un comienzo no lo encontraro, pasadas las horas nos avisaron que lo habian encontrado debajo del velador, quedando a disposición de ayudarnos a recuperarlo. Lo agradezco mucho

Comfortable hotel close to the Plaza de Armas
Pros:

Overall, our stay at the Cusco Plaza Hotel on Saphi was great. I’d like to call out the gentleman who was at concierge in the afternoons/evenings - he was always very helpful and attentive so matter the need and the lovely señora at breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent and super close to the plaza de armas and so many shops and restaurants.

The only downsides are there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms meaning you have to walk to reception to get a cup of hot water. Also, the rooms on the second floor are super noisy - I could hear every footstep of the people upstairs which did wake me up during the night.

Our hotel stay was organised for us by our tour company which made it quite a seamless experience.

La posizione centrale

Cons:

Staff poco preparato e poco disponibile. La maggior parte delle richieste (come colazione da asporto, rimborso per colazione non effettuata) erano sempre un NO secco.
Inoltre, a causa di un imprevisto di viaggio, ci siamo dovuti trattenere una notte di più, facendo una nuova prenotazione. Abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di poter rimanere nella stessa camera. Ma il personale ha detto che non era possibile in alcun modo. Infatti, abbiamo dovuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito ed effettuare nuovamente il check in in tardo pomeriggio perché non c’era nemmeno una camera libera e pulita in mattinata. Poca attenzione al cliente.
