Super!
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost foarte bogat și variat, cu multe opțiuni delicioase. Camera a fost foarte curată și confortabilă. Personalul a fost amabil și atent, iar locația excelentă. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și am avut un sejur minunat.

Pros:

Vahva suositus. Kaikki oli tip top. Kauniit huoneet ja näkymät. Hieno, siisti, uusi allasosasto. Menisin varmasti uudelleenkin.

Freshly renovated. Very helpful staff. Very modern interior. Spacious hallways. Everything was very clean. Modern spa area. The hotel is located in the city center. Great place!

Un pic dezamăgiți..
Pros:

Locația buna. Ambele restaurante ne-au plăcut.Ospatarii foarte bine pregătiți si foarte amabili.Mancarea a fost bună.

Cons:

Nu ne-a plăcut ca nu am avut acces la jacuzzi desi am discutat anterior rezervării cu cineva de la recepție si ne-a spus ca in pachetul de 1mai avem facilitatea asta plus o sticla de vin la cina. Vinul nu ne interesa , dar ca fapt divers...nu am beneficiat de nici una din cele 2 .
Încercau sa ne explice ca trebuia sa facem rezervare direct la hotel nu prin booking.com ca să avem " pachetul de 1 mai "
Era o doamna jos la recepția de la spa care "tria" clienții si repeta foarte enervant " aveți pachetul de 1 mai " sau " nu aveți pachetul de 1 mai "
Toți eram acolo de 1 mai !!
Aberant zic eu pentru ca toți am plătit la fel , doar ca prin platforme diferite . Parca eram pe Titanic ..clienții de sub punte.
La micul dejun era coada mare , doar o singura doamna înlocuia ce se termina . Daca voiai ceva ce nu mai era pe platou...ghinion..trebuia sa iei coada de la capăt...

Nu recomand Hotel Alexandrion!
Pros:

Curățenie, mâncarea bună, am luat doar micul dejun,masajul

Cons:

Personalul de la piscină si de la barul de la piscină inclusiv unul dintre recepționeri au fost nepoliticoși, au lipsit din post,au lipsa bunelor maniere si sunt iresponsabili, nu își fac datoria la locul de muncă si nici față de turiști lor,6 la număr in tot hotelul.Am făcut deja reclamație la ANPC,cu dovezile necesare...am cerut sa luăm legătura cu un manager dar ni sa spus ca nu poate fi deranjat,nici măcar scuze din partea angajaților nu am primit.

Cea mai proasta experiență la acest hotel

După ce am facut rezervarea aflu ca nu esti sigur daca ai parcare, si daca ai este contra cost! Pe urma te duci la spa si afli ca daca vrei la jacuzzi este iar contra cost! Pe urma daca vrei la jacuzzi contra cost nu ai voie cu, copilul!

Location, Spa center, clean.

Cons:

A bit too crowded, pool area should introduce some rules to keep off sun bed reservations and have a more efficient usage of the pool facilities during crowded times.
