Ca de fiecare dată când poposesc la acest hotel am parte de servicii foarte bune. De aceea și revin mereu. Am numai vorbe de laudă pentru personal (recepție, restaurant, curățenie). Am primit ajutor de câte ori l-am solicitat. Mulțumesc.

Totul e pe măsură așteptărilor.Un hotel frumos, elegant, parcare, mic dejun variat si produse de calitate, camere curate si luminoase, aer condiționat, servicii de nota 10, balcon generos si o priveliște splendida spre oraș, piscina e de dimensiuni mari cu multiple facilitati, personal amabil, atent. Felicitări! 😊

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, with a good pool and spa, and a central location.
I didn't like that I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child aged 11 and there were only 2 beds in each room! There was no bed for the child, at the reception they told us to connect 2 beds so that 3 people could sleep in 2 beds, this is really absurd or they offered to change to another room for an additional 150 Romanian lei, even though when I made the reservation on Booking I indicated that it was for 5 people. I think this is not o.k.
Locatie centrala, pentru noi care am fost cu bebelusul a fost excelent deoarece am putut iesii cu caruciorul la plimbare foarte usor si accesibil, magazine, farmacii, reustaurante in apropiere. Personal amabil , zona de piscina accesibila pt bebe si foarte linistita. Zona spa este excelenta, de asemenea restaurantele din interiorul hotelului.
Totul excelent. Calitate, confort si interes pentru client. Recomand !
