Pros:

Estrutura bem simples (simples chega a ser um eufemismo), com um preço salgado para o que é ofertado. Check-in com problemas na identificação da reserva. Ao final, como a opção foi para pagamento no local, foi me passado um preço no valor da diária quase 50% acima do preço estabelecido no site. Após reclamar muito o estabelecimento honrou o preço que estava na reserva via hoteis.com. Local era próximo à estação do metrô (cerca de 7 minutos de caminhada).
