Small extremely dirty covered in mold and so smelly with rude staff. Horrible

Perfect hotel location with comfortable rooms and attentive staff
Pros:

The location of this hotel was exceptional. A close walk to the Shibuya scramble however its proximity to some of the best local izakayas was unmatched. The room size was large for Tokyos standards and the shower pressure was incredible. Staff were also very helpful.

Wir hatten ein kleines aber feiner Zimmer. Die Lage war sehr gut, um Tokio und Abends die Bars und Clubs in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten.

Cons:

Die Toilette und Dusche im Zimmer waren komplett verglast. Man kann zwar Rollos runtermachen, aber das sollte man vielleicht wissen.

Overall enjoyable stay in a very convenient location
Pros:

Location was great. Very near the station and shops

Cons:

Bathroom should not have a glass door with shutters as the shutters don't give enough privacy. There were also insufficient hooks in the bathroom and room to hang towels or clothes

Fantastiskt läge på en mysig liten gränd med två mysiga barer mitt emot. Nära till allt och tyst på natten. Supervänlig receptionspersonal.

Great location, disappointing room.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, very convenient. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to Shibuya and Shibuya Station.

Cons:

Room although 'clean' was extremely dated and in disarray. Pimple patches on the wall, doors falling off cupboards and walls (and all surfaces) banged up. Rooms need updating, repainting and repair.

The hotel can be recommended for future stay!
Pros:

Close to the center of Shibuya, lots of restos and convenience stores around.

Cons:

Room is OK, except would have been better if there is a closet to put your clothes in, and since there is none, should have added more hangers to hang the clothes. But overall, room is clean.
