Decent but would look for something a bit fresher if we return.
Pros:

location was great. Staff was wonderful. Room was okay. Bed was comfortable. There were the expected amenities in the lobby.

Cons:

Room was okay. Bed was comfortable but pillows were so lumpy, I was afraid what was inside. The walls were covered in dust/fluff from the air conditioner and the corners of the room were not clean.

Shibuya merkezde bir otel arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Tesisin en beğendiğim yönleri konumu ve personelin ilgisi oldu. Sabah saat 10’da check-out yapmamıza rağmen akşam 17:30’a kadar valizleri ücretsiz otelde muhafaza etmemize imkan sağladılar.

Cons:

Giysi dolabında yeterli kıyafet askısı yok, tuvalet ve banyoyu mahremiyet açısından uygun bulmadım.

Sehr gute Lage direkt im Herzen Shibuyas.

Sehr gute Lage. Grosses Zimmer sofern die Suite gebucht wird.

Cons:

Leider sehr dünne Wände im 9. Stock. Und immer alte Wäsche im Gang.

Location is excellent. Can be a little noisy at night but not too bad.

Cons:

Bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows had a weird beading in them. Had to request just "fluffy" pillows - but they were so thin it was like it wasn't there. Overall the place is a bit dated/not very modern.

Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et l'emplacement. Néanmoins, si l'on veut accéder à des quartiers bien connus de la culture "otaku", il faut quand meme faire un bon bout de chemin. Quand on cherche à rester sur Shibuya, c'est parfait, mais dès qu'on veut s'éloigner un peu, ce n'est pas le meilleur emplacement.

Cons:

Le tapage abusif quasi constant du quartier de Shibuya, et notamment, à cause de la mauvaise isolation sonore de l'hôtel. La chambre est excessivement petite et il y a très peu de rangements. Les chambres sont vraiment très chères par rapport à leur taille et à leur équipement. Si c'est le quartier de Shibuya qui justifie ce montant, alors c'est sur-côté, car en comparaison par exemple, on a autant de choses sur Shinjuku, mais avec plus de tranquillité, plus de propreté et moins d'alcooliques qui parcourent les rues. Après si on cherche cette ambiance, Shibuya est parfait.

Pros:

The location was great. Staff were friendly. Rooms were large for Japan.

Cons:

The glass wall/window around the bathroom is a bad idea. I was travelling with a friend and it didn't feel very private, even with the blinds closed. My friend dropped his hearing aid, when searching under the bed for it we found it was very dusty. It is obvious that no one had vacuumed under there in a long time.
