It was very dirty and smelled really bad. The room was tiny and the lack of privacy for the bathroom was not great.

It was horrible.
Cons:

The rooms were not clean. In one room, the toilet was used. There was urine and toilet paper in it. In the second room, there was a hairball in the shower. I ended up showering after my husband cleaned the bathroom and I broke out in a rash after using their towels. We stayed for one night and asked for a refund for the remainder of the days we were supposed to stay. They took 2 months after our stay to refund our money.

Pros:

The room was actually pretty spacious compared to what some reviews lead me to believe and everything was really nice and clean. Despite being near a busy part of town, the property was quiet and restful for our stay. Staff was really nice and helpful with any questions we had.

Cons:

No compliants! I felt the hotel delivered on what it offered.

Great place to stay in Shibuya
Pros:

Nice area , comfortable bed,clean hotel, very close to shibuya crossing , very friendly staff

It was good, location and staff service made up for the bar scene early mornings.
Pros:

the location is excellent in terms of convenience. However, early mornings there are a lot of drunk loud people by the entrance of the building
Staff Ana is excellent, she is so knowledgeable, professional and great service to the customers

Cons:

as mentioned before, the place overall impression is "sketchy" but if not for the location to stores, donki, restaurants, I will not choose it. Plenty drunk people in the mornings that are loud.
