A deposit via PayPal for nonrefundable plan is required to secure guest reservations. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via PayPal within the instructed date or guest reservations may be canceled.


Spa & Pool access is available at an additional charge, unless included in room charge. Please note that children 3 years old and below cannot enter the spa facilities including the open-air heated tub, hot springs bath and pool. Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Children 13 years and older may enter the fitness center.


We would like to announce that all the facilities in the pool area will be temporarily closed for regular maintenance.
The maintenance will be held on the following dates.
・From Monday, September 29, 2025 to Friday, October 3, 2025
・From Monday, March 2, 2025 to Friday, March 6, 2025
The fitness gym, bathing area with “Onsen” bath and locker rooms can be used during the above periods.
The swimming pool, dry sauna, Jet bath and steam sauna will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

I liked the experience and facilities

Cons:

The American/ Italian restaurant didnt have a good service. Its supposed to be a fine dining sophisticated experience, yet everytime we arrive we have to wait around 15-20 minutes so they can accommodate us. If this is a high-end experience, customers shouldnt be told to wait, it should be accommodated and managed better; perhaps a system of time slots.

Pros:

- the employees were really nice and kind, the service was impeccable! The rooms had an amazing view towards the garden & are very spacious!

Cons:

- the breakfast, which was included, was rather small and there was only American and continental included - a bit more options would have been amazing

Sejour très confortable dans un hotel haut de gamme
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Les restaurants étaient très bons et le room service irréprochable. Top service. La salle de sport était également très bien équipée. Très beau jardin.

Cons:

L’accès à la piscine est restreint à certaines plages horaires pour les enfants. Les alentours de l’hôtel ne présentent pas d’intérêt touristique et il y a peu de restaurants ou de commerces à proximité.

My fourth stay, I will certainly stay there again.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated. Most of all, it offered a magnificent view of the hotel's beautiful garden.

Un oasis de calme et de verdure dans Tokyo
Pros:

Hôtel de très très bon niveau : type palace à l’ancienne . Service attentionné et grand confort . C’est un très très grand hôtel ( taille ) , les chambres sont immenses pour Tokyo et la vue exceptionnelle. On en a fait beaucoup à Tokyo et le Shinzenso est à part . Attention il est un peu excentré , mais c’est le prix à payer pour être dans ce havre de paix . Le bar ferme un peu trop tôt néanmoins et les vins proposés ne sont pas exceptionnels … seul petit bémol

Cons:

Le spa : immense piscine ( payante dommage …) avec hammam et bains à remous . Onsen très confort . Piscine donnant sur le jardin . Le jardin magnifique avec la pagode historique et le jeu de lumières le soir . Très très beau .
