Location the most and the staff are very helpful

Cons:

The advertised luxury apartments on booking.com are different from what the hotel allocates you.
I had to reject the luxury apartment i was allocated first and insisted to be given the one as advertised. After a night, I was moved to the correct luxury room as per advertised pictures.

Pros:

I was very appreciative of the fact that I had been upgraded.
The Staff are always super friendly and accommodating. The location is great, restaurants are not too far away. The relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

The lifts were out of action once again, this being the second time having stayed there numerous times.

Pros:

Die Lage in Swakop.
Wäscheservice.

Cons:

Lift defekt, somit war für mich, gehbehindert, der wundervolle Pool auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht über die Dächer von Swakop nicht erreichbar. Das Frühstücksangebot recht sparsam.
Hilfe beim Heraustragen der Koffer über das Treppenhaus wurde nicht angeboten.

Pros:

The location was great, short walk into centre. Room are comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh cooked. The cocktails in the bar were nice. Great car park. Would stay again.

Cons:

The pool was dirty but it was winter and nobody was using it so understandable.
