Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mostly praised for cleanliness and quiet in multiple Arabic reviews, but at least one explicit complaint ('The room was not clean') and a mention of rooms being initially very hot due to AC not being on, so overall mixed-to-positive.
Service
8.8
Consistently strong positive mentions of reception and named staff (Mahmoud, Ahmed Nabil, Ahmed Abdelbaset, others); many comments praising helpfulness and politeness, supporting a high service score.
Location
7.5
Several guests praised the hotel's location, though one comment listed 'مكان الفندق' as a drawback; overall slightly above average.
Room Quality
7.8
Multiple notes about spacious rooms and large suites (positive), but reports of receiving different rooms than expected and initial discomfort from rooms being very hot lower the score slightly.
Amenities
7.2
Amenities are generally adequate (basement parking mentioned positively), but issues raised include delayed AC operation, occasional difficulty obtaining a wide parking space, and a request for better external lighting.
Value for Money
6.8
Explicit complaint about pricing/negotiation (guest found same room cheaper online after refusal to discount at desk) lowers perceived value for money.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Positive mention of restaurant staff (Saeed) described as excellent, friendly and generous; no major negative comments about food service.
Overall Experience
8
Majority of reviews are positive (friendly staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms), but isolated negative experiences (unclean room, pricing/AC issues) temper an otherwise good overall impression.

Pros:

Cons:
