Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the center, despite the changed entrance due to checkpoints in the central area. The room was quite spacious and clean.

Cons:

the lack of soundproofing completely spoiled our overall experience. We literally couldn’t sleep because our room was located right next to the reception, where people were loudly chatting around midnight. We had to ask the administrator to do something about the noise.

There is also no elevator, which is quite inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, especially if your room is on one of the upper floors.

Pros:

Сніданок по замовленню, але вибір страв міг бути більшим. Загалом відповідає невеликій вартості. Можна не брати разом з номером, а дозамовити по місцю, що добре. Або вийти поснідати в одному з численних закладів в центрі.
Є укриття в готелі, коли ми заселились якраз був обстріл балістикою.
Поселили майже о півночі, персонал ввічливий, вирішили всі наші питання.
Однозначно, можна зупинятись ще раз.

Немає москітних сіток, ловили комарів по номеру.

Lovely stay and I hope to return.
Pros:

Quiet and good location. They have a good breakfast each morning. Bomb shelter looked solid though I never used it, thankfully. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning was as I requested.

Cons:

You have to pass a checkpoint for one entrance to the hotel. It's war. I understand. So really, no complaints.

Pros:

Номер чистый, не большой, но вмещает все необходимое.
Завтрак на выбор, сытный и порция большая.
Расположение удобное как для пеших прогулок так и для поездок на общественном транспорте. Развязка хорошая.
Немного непонятно было с входом, но найти было легко, указателей достаточно!

Сніданок- замало овочів. Сподобалося, що 1-й запропонований номер не сподобався- миттєво поміняли. Уважні і ввічливф працівники.Дякую.

Pros:

отличная локация в центре Киева, до майдана пешком 7 минут
номер чистый, все современное, кровать кайф, завтраки приемлемо

Cons:

отсутствие лифта, звукоизоляция
