Fehlende und chaotische Kommunikation

Cons:

Fast hätten wir unseren Rückflug nach Europa verpasst. Warum? Wir haben mit unserem Mietwagen in der Tiefgarage des Hotels geparkt. Was wir nicht wussten und worauf wir leider auch nicht vom Hotel hingewiesen wurden, war die Tatsache, dass am nächsten Tag (unserem Abreisetag) der große Lima Marathon stattfindet und die Strasse mit der Hotelgarage bis zu unserem Abflug offiziell abgeriegelt ist.
Letztendlich haben wir unseren Flug bekommen, das war jedoch nur den hilfsbereiten Polizisten, die für die Absperrung zuständig waren, zu verdanken.

Ansonsten:
Die Fenster des Zimmers gingen zu einem Hinterhof. Bei offenem Fenster haben die Klimaanlagen der anderen Zimmer dominiert. Bad ist hellhörig (die Geräusche mancher Nachbarn waren sehr gut mitzubekommen).
Chaotische Nachrichtenkommunikation im Vorfeld. 1. Ich habe angekündigt, dass wir mit dem Mietwagen kommen werden und den kostenlosen Parkplatz nutzen wollen. Daraufhin kam die Nachricht, dass man den reservieren muss. Mir war unklar, ob das nun gemacht wird, Also wieder geschrieben. 2. Am Morgen unserer geplanten Ankunft erhielten wir die Nachricht, in der uns geschrieben wurde, dass sie hoffen, dass es uns gefallen hat. Ich hatte schon bedenken, dass ich für den falschen Tag gebucht hatte. Dem war aber nicht so. Die Abschiednachricht des Hotels wurde scheinbar vor der Ankunft geschickt!?

It was an amazing experience and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the miraflores area.
Pros:

I loved the centrality of the property, its cleanliness is amazing and the staff was great. The breakfast options were diverse and I appreciated it. The facilities aren’t very modern but you forget that in the midst of the quality service you get there.

Op de heenreis verbleven we op etage 2 toen was de WiFi redelijk. Op de terugreis zaten we op de derde etage, daar was eigenlijk geen WiFi. Goede WiFi in de lounge

Very welcoming staff. The rooms are big and there is AC working great. There is hot woter in the showe with good flow. The area is very quiet and located in the center of miraflores (walking distance from most places)

Pros:

La habitación era amplia y muy limpia. La atención del personal fue excelente, siempre muy amables y atentos. Me sentí muy cómoda durante mi estadía, ideal para descansar antes de la carrera. Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Cons:

Al estar ubicado en una zona céntrica y con movimiento nocturno, se escuchaba algo de ruido a lo lejos pese a las ventanas antirruido.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación del hotel y amabilidad de todo el personal. Reposición diaria de insumos de baño, 2° estadía, mantiene lo ofrecido.

Cons:

Baños con poca ventilación y cortinas ducha "cortas" se escapa el agua por piso. Para estadías de mas de 4 noches poca variedad en desayuno, todos los días lo mismo.
