We loved our stay here - couldn’t fault a thing ! The staff were exceptional , so kind professional and helpful . The rooms were stunning , the pool was fantastic - much better than photos in fact , the food was delicious . The whole hotel had a five star feel which we hadn’t expected .

Stunning hotel in a superb location. The environment was beautiful and so tranquil in the heart of Ubud. The team were outstanding with nothing being too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Great central location close to the Monkey Forest and in walking distance to the Ubud Palace, Art Market and Water Palace. We stayed in a villa with a pool and it was our favourite accommodation on our trip. Staff are friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Ubud. I was there with my 2 kids and it was easy to manage. We walked to Monkey forest, to the Ubud Palace / Temple and book a driver to go other places. The hotel / resort is pretty big extended from one street to another. The farthest rooms from the entry are very cosy and beautiful with an amazing semi-privat pool - better than the hotel main pool in my opinion. Those rooms can be a bit noisy at times, but no major disruption. We even once had a monkey visiting us - it was a huge highlight for us! (spot a monkey on the picture I attached). We really enjoyed our stay there (5 nights). Breakfast was very good - generous and with many variety of foods, plus an afternoon tea that was a bonus for us. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, amazing experience in the heart of Ubud!

There is nothing not to like about KaJaNe Mua! It’s walkable to many attractions in Ubud and close to restaurants, spas, bars, etc. It’s on a very busy road but if you have a villa, you will be set back far enough that you won’t hear any road noises. The setting is beautiful. But the best part of the stay is the STAFF. They are so kind and welcoming. They truly made us feel right at home, even with our three children. The breakfast and tea are lovely and we loved having a private pool. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you can snag a villa. We loved Villa Loji Tirta!

Heel centraal gelegen en toch ook rustig. Alles was heel netjes, een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam.

Loved this property SO much!! It’s in the center of Ubud but it’s able to be quiet and calm. The pool area is beautiful! The staff are excellent, so warm and accommodating! We ate at the restaurant several times as the food was very good. AND the breakfast buffet was the best we had in all our travels across Bali. They have so many choices, including gluten free breads and cookies, and the coffee was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this property, other than I hope I am lucky enough to go back one day. 💕

When we provided our reservation details, I specifically requested a quiet room for my daughter. On the first evening, we arrived at the front desk at 8:00 PM to check in; since we were hungry, we went out to eat before going to our room. When we returned at 11:00 PM, no one was at the front desk. Our key had been left on the desk along with the bill. There was no staff present. We took the key and tried to find our room on our own in the large complex. Finally, a housekeeping staff member passing by helped us and showed us our room among the villas. While we were sleeping, we heard construction work. At first, the noise was intermittent, but then it got louder and louder until it became impossible to sleep. Finally, after some shouting, we called the front desk and spoke to a security guard on the phone. He arrived at 2:00 AM. The doorbell rang, but my wife had already fallen asleep from exhaustion. My daughter, however, was too worried to sleep. However, the noise stopped after we called the front desk. This suggests that the hotel management was aware of the work being done. I finally fell asleep at 4:00 AM, but the next day was a complete disaster. After explaining the situation, they changed our room, and we moved to a quieter one. It’s a nice property, but it’s poorly managed.
