Een fijn verblijf in Ubud
Pros:

Omdat we vaker bij KajaNe Mua verbleven werden we verwend door het personeel. Geweldig !
In de kamer stond een mooi welkomsbord, het bed met bloemen en in de badkamer een bloemenbad.
Het verblijf in KaJaNe Mua is altijd uitstekend. Fijne kamer met prive zwembad, dat 2x per dag werd schoongemaakt. Het ontbijtrestaurant was uitgebreid. Een lekker gratis Afternoon tea.
We hebben 1x ’s avond gegeten in het restaurant. Een paar drankjes met Mie Goreng Chicken + Mie Goreng Seafood. Black rice pudding + Crispy Banana. En dat was allemaal heerlijk van smaak. Erg lekker. Het personeel en de bediening was overal erg vriendelijk, zorgzaam en behulpzaam en kwam altijd netjes vragen of alles naar wens was. Dit hotel is een echte aanrader.

Luxe stay that feels homely and welcoming.
Pros:

The staff and venue was beautiful. The breakfast and afternoon tea offering was fantastic. The free shuttle was also really handy and so quick to respond.

Cons:

Only minor quip we had was with the shower wetting everything thing, but still not being strong enough and taking a long time to heat up. Having cold showers weren't too bad in this heat so only a minor bug bear of the accommodation

Nous avons passé un très bon service avec un service excellent! On recommande sans soucis.

- chambres au calme
- service aux petits soins

Cons:

- petit buffet petit dej quand il y a du monde
- navette gratuite qui a le mérite d’exister mais distance très ( trop) courte.

Exceptional experience in Ubud
Pros:

Loved our time in Ubud! The hotel is beautiful & set in a perfect location, easily accessible to so many shops, restaurants, bars etc. The staff were exceptionally helpful & super lovely. We definitely saved the best for last on our trip & hope to be back again soon 😊

Awesome stay in Ubud
Pros:

Everything and Everyone.. wow what a hospitality.. I would say I have never seen such a helpful, friendly and always available team.. hats off to them .. shuttle trips to market , monkey forest .. just for my family even though it was ad hoc request , and they waited for us to pickup when we were late and its stressful for them .. they handled with smile .. love it ..

Pros:

Great service and location. Its close to everything. and the hotel has free bus to central ubud central area. Breakfast is great with fresh cooked eggs. Swimming pool is nice and clean. All staffs are amazing and helpful.

The complimentary afternoon tea.
The shuttle service not only took you places in Ubud eg restaurants, but you could arrange to be picked up as well. Such a great service.

A hidden haven in the heart of Ubud
Pros:

This hotel was amazing! Despite being in the centre of Ubud, once you are in the hotel, you feel like you have been transported to Balinese tranquility. There was a lovely welcome drink on arrival. The room was huge including the bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The hotel staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to help you. When I asked for my laundry to be done, they came straight away to collect it. The food in the restaurant was good, including the complimentary afternoon tea and there was a lot of choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Frosted glass in bathroom would not give much privacy if sharing a room. The fridge and water being out on the balcony was annoying and would be better in the actual room. The wardrobe sliding door was also annoying and made a lot of noise. Drawers to store clothes would have been good given the size of the room. There were not enough sockets to charge devices. The music from across the road could be heard at night.
