Awesome stay in Ubud
Pros:

Everything and Everyone.. wow what a hospitality.. I would say I have never seen such a helpful, friendly and always available team.. hats off to them .. shuttle trips to market , monkey forest .. just for my family even though it was ad hoc request , and they waited for us to pickup when we were late and its stressful for them .. they handled with smile .. love it ..

Pros:

Great service and location. Its close to everything. and the hotel has free bus to central ubud central area. Breakfast is great with fresh cooked eggs. Swimming pool is nice and clean. All staffs are amazing and helpful.

A great stay due to the wonderful staff.

All the staff were amazing. So helpful.
The complimentary afternoon tea.
The shuttle service not only took you places in Ubud eg restaurants, but you could arrange to be picked up as well. Such a great service.

A hidden haven in the heart of Ubud
Pros:

This hotel was amazing! Despite being in the centre of Ubud, once you are in the hotel, you feel like you have been transported to Balinese tranquility. There was a lovely welcome drink on arrival. The room was huge including the bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The hotel staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to help you. When I asked for my laundry to be done, they came straight away to collect it. The food in the restaurant was good, including the complimentary afternoon tea and there was a lot of choice at breakfast.

Cons:

Frosted glass in bathroom would not give much privacy if sharing a room. The fridge and water being out on the balcony was annoying and would be better in the actual room. The wardrobe sliding door was also annoying and made a lot of noise. Drawers to store clothes would have been good given the size of the room. There were not enough sockets to charge devices. The music from across the road could be heard at night.

Wonderful stay and beautiful staff
Pros:

The staff were fantastic always happy to help or organise something for you. The morning breakfast was delicious and not the same every day. Happy hour was a bonus

Cons:

Some of the tiles were slippery, I fell over going down the front ones from the restaurant.

Ideal place to stay in Ubud
Pros:

Fantastic location walking distance to shops and restaurants The kids had deluxe rooms with a pool view, Excellent rooms, lovely décor, clean linens comfy beds slippers and robes provided. Kettle and Fridge a must. We had a junior suite when we were shown it, it was a ground floor with terrace and private pool we like a balcony ,so asked if it was possible to have a room with one. The staff were fantastic and we got upgraded to a garden view suite with private pool. The rooms were serviced daily. Staff all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good supported by a comprehensive buffet and egg bar. Also loved bespoke coffee and tea choices, family had really good lattes and flat whites. Ideal place for your trip to Ubud. The communal pool was a good size plenty of fresh towels. Nice bar area for cocktails and beers. The staff were excellent all round really helped us in organising a taxi to ferry 7 of us to the local must sees also suggesting places to visit.

Lovely staff, accommodation and location.
Pros:

I am coeliac and the staff were extremely accommodating and informative to my needs, without being asked.
The room was lovely and location was great. The breakfast and afternoon tea were lovely. Great coffee.

Cons:

It was hard to sleep as floors above us were very noisy throughout the night and early morning hours.
The pool was hard to get in and out of as the steps are very deep and no grab rail to assist. My sister needed help every time due to bad knees.

Pretty much a pleasant stay for 3 nights .
Pros:

In the Centre of the Ubud town. So easy to access to the Palace, money forest. Literally in the walk distance.

Cons:

Serve good breakfast and afternoon tea. Staff is really helpful and very nice.

Qualité du petit déjeuner
Emplacement dans une rue très commerçante mais bruyante la nuit avec la musique des restaurants. heureusement cela ne va pas au delà de minuit.
Grande piscine commune et les suites possèdent un accès partagé à de petites piscines plus privées.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de porte dans les suites, l'entrée se fait par la baie vitrée. Le système de fermeture me paraît un peu trop léger en terme de sécurité.
