Great stay in an excellent location with lovely staff that went above and beyond. A few minor changes could’ve been made
Pros:

Excellent location with lots of shops and eateries around. Handy for public transport and within walking distance of Hyde park. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Could’ve had a better selection at breakfast and an iron in the room would’ve been handy. The tube must run under the hotel so could be heard when it was passing but not loud enough to wake you during the night.

Not good, needs massive improvement

Location. That’s about it

Cons:

I think it has gone massively downhill. I used to frequent this hotel as a businessman many years ago and I’ve noticed a decline. I thought this would be a great place to surprise my partner for her 30th birthday but even after asking beforehand for a special request. We were given one of the worst rooms in the basement. When I was there as a single person I was given a balcony front facing room.

Dark and disappointing
Pros:

Close to tube station.

Cons:

Dark, and poorly lit, no option to open blinds and let light into rooms, rooms far smaller than advertised, poor breakfast selection, a maze of corridors.

Hotel ligt op een goede locatie. Ontbijt was voldoende.

Cons:

Wij zaten op -1 geloof ik waardoor als wij door het raam keken, wij op ene afsluiting keken.
