Good , relax , good whit family’s
Pros:

Its close to the Hyde park, and many attractions , and thanks to be in the near of 2 underground lines , its easy to navigate in London , and you can easy also take the bus , the room was as in foto , like most city hotels renovated, but its in good conditions and thanks to the staff our stay was very comfortable and relax

Cons:

The breakfast was ok for me , its standart European but may lack for some other quest , but overall the staff was working hard and helpful so its hard to complain ,

We stayed as 4 member family, location is exceptional near Hyde park and bunch of restorants, clean, pleasant stuff, water and coffee are refiled in apartmant.

Good location and calm neighboorhood
Pros:

The location was amazing. The terrace for the breakfast as well. The neighbourhood is very calm.

Cons:

Our room was very small and was located in the basement. We had to use a dehumidifier in the room all time, otherwise it smelled like humidity.

Hotel offers only continental breakfast, there was no hot options available apart from boiled eggs.
Our room(junior suite) was isolated. When we checked in one of the fasteners on the windows was broken but they replaced it quickly.

Cons:

At night there was lots of noise from some weird people hanging just outside of our room(we were on the ground floor and hearing this was quite unpleasant).

London, ist schön, das Hotel praktisch, das Essen speziell
Pros:

die Lage des Hotels ist eigentlich perfekt, in der Nähe von Nothing Hill, wenn man gerne am Markt spazieren gehen möchte und in der Nähe 2er U-Bahn Linien! Das ist wirklich perfekt. Rund herum gibt es super süße Pubs und Restaurants, sofern man kein Street Food essen mochte (was wahrscheinlich in London bessern wäre). Die Zimmergröße ist ok. Das Bett ist zwar klein aber für ein zwei Nächte reicht es, immerhin schläft man ja nur im Zimmer, die Duschwanne war wiederum im Verhältnis sehr groß.

Cons:

Das Frühstück sollte man in diesem Hotel nicht dazubuchen, denn das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit bzw. typisch für London. Der Kaffee extrem grauslich und es ist mega laut im Raum! Um die Ecke gibt es jedoch eine super süße und gute Bäckerei, die wiederum beweist, dass man in London auch gut essen kann! Unsere Empfehlung nur die Übernachtung zu buchen und auswärts essen!

The Room Upgrade
Pros:

The overall experience was very good. The staff were very friendly. I have to give a shout out to the young girl with red hair at the reception desk. She is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and she goes above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. She is extremely good at her job.

Great location and quiet room.
Pros:

Although the room was small it was comfortable and quiet. The location is great with quick access to 2 underground stations , many shops and Hyde park at the en of the street.

Cons:

The bed was a bit small and the pillows are a bit “lumpy” , they could do with a change.
