S consigliato a chi viaggia con il cane.

È stato un incubo, per 153 euro perché ho usufruito di un piccolo sconto Genius più 20 pounds per la cagnolina mi hanno relegata nei sotterranei , perché hanno poche camere dedicate ai cani che ovviamente non vogliono. Era un bunker solo con una porta finestra difficile da aprire, nessuna finestra e per tutta la notte si è sentito il rumore di un generatore oltre alla metro che è vicina e sottoterra. Ho provato a chiamare 4 volte la reception perché usciva acqua fredda dalla doccia e cadeva la linea, appunto perché in un bunker. È arrivato il manager per dirmi che io non avevo capito che dovevo fare scorrere l’acqua per 5 minuti, che potevo prenotare una superior perché nel sito c’è scritto basement e che lui stesso dormiva in una stanza accanto, confermando indirettamente la mia idea che destinano le camere peggiori a chi viaggia con il cane. Io sono doppiamente penalizzata perché viaggio sola, quindi pago il prezzo per single e più con il cane. La mattina al check out il manager non mi ha nemmeno guardato negli occhi per salutarmi dopo che la sera prima mi ha anche accusata di urlare… avevo solo leggermente alzato la voce perché mi sentivo presa in giro, come se io fossi incapace. Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo ma è la prima volta che trovo una situazione simile. Se volete segregare coloro che hanno i cani, e capisco che può essere una sfida per un hotel avere degli animali, allora fatelo a dei prezzi ragionevoli e infermando i clienti su tutte le problematiche.

Location for tube was good

The room smelled really bad , unclean like sweaty feet
We had no hot water
Breakfast basic and had to queue for toaster which took ages

Das Hotel kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten vorallem an der Rezeption. Dir zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr einseitig. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich viel mehr erwartet.
Das Hotel verfügt auch nicht über ein Aufenthaltsraum, es ist alles sehr eng!

Should have been better for the amount paid for a junior suite.
Pros:

Excellent location.
Adequate continental breakfast although the breakfast room was small and quite crowded.

Cons:

The room decor now needs to be freshened up.
The sofa (which is also a sofabed) was poor and unstable.
