La posizione è molto buona. La colazione è molto varia c’è sia dolce che salato. Forse viene prediletto di più il salato.

Melhor localização da Barra, em frente a praia.
Área da piscina é fantástica, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. Como fiz aniversário no dia 10, nos acomodaram na suite frente o mar, top demais.Gostei de tudo.

No momento da reserva, não havia qualquer opção para selecionar um quarto de frente para o mar. Ainda assim, entrei em contato diretamente com o hotel para solicitar essa preferência e, para minha tranquilidade, recebi um e-mail confirmando que meu pedido seria atendido.

No entanto, minha surpresa e frustração começaram no momento do check-in, quando fui informado de que não haveria possibilidade de cumprir o que havia sido previamente confirmado. Como se isso não bastasse, fui orientado a retornar no dia seguinte para verificar novamente com outra atendente da recepção.

Segui a orientação dada pelo próprio hotel e, no dia seguinte, a resposta foi exatamente a mesma: não havia disponibilidade. Em resumo, criaram uma expectativa, confirmaram algo que não poderiam cumprir e me fizeram perder tempo, além de me sentir completamente desrespeitado como cliente.

Uma experiência extremamente decepcionante. Pena.

Manque de geste commercial suite à la non présentation lors de la première. Cette situation était liée à un retard puis annulation de l’avion. ( 24H pour faire un paris/ Salvador de bahia )

Quarto novo muito bom. Pena que o ar condicionado estava quebrado. Trocamos de quarto e depois de dois dias o ar começou a pingar água.
