En general esta OK. Tiene una linda alberca y un parque acuático. La habitación es amplia

Cons:

El servicio bastante malo. No nos resolvían lo que necesitamos aunque fuera muy básico (periqueras, agua, toallas, tazas limpias, cafe) fuimos a todo incluido y no reestockeaban la comida ni los platos, casi no hay meseros. Tienes que pedir las cosas varias veces y el servicio en general hostil. Cuando los platillos se terminan, te dicen que no hay mas, aunque falten varias horas para recoger el servicio. El menú infantil solo ofrece alimentos ultra procesados y fritos. No hay tantas opciones de fruta y cosas frescas en los restaurantes.

From the moment we arrived, Japhet made us feel truly welcome and set the tone for an unforgettable stay. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home from day one.
Oscar and Antonio at Markado provided exceptional service and made every dining experience enjoyable. Agenis at Cape Noa was equally attentive and welcoming, always ensuring we had a great experience. Abraham at the gym was incredibly helpful, and the facility was spotless with a welcoming atmosphere that made working out a pleasure.
This is a fantastic destination for families, and it's the incredible staff who made our vacation so memorable. Their outstanding service and genuine kindness exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here, and my family and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Cons:

One area that could be improved was the housekeeping. There were a few occasions where the bed linens had stains, and some of the pillow covers appeared to have mold on them. While the staff addressed our needs when asked, ensuring that all linens are clean and thoroughly inspected before guests arrive would make the overall experience even better.

Las instalaciones limpias, y todo muy cómodo, el personal amable y atentos

Cons:

Lo platicamos con el chef que se acercó a nuestra mesa la ultima noche, y le comentábamos que en las mesas nunca habia cucharas para el cafe que teníamos que solicitarlas al mesero ya veces tardan un poco, pero a la mañana siguiente todas las mesas contaban con cubiertos completos tenedor, cuchillo y cuchara y fue grato saber que tomaron en cuenta la observación

Me gustó que estaba muy limpios los cuartos. No puedo decir nada la comida, porque no comí ahí, pero los cuartos muy limpios y muy cómodos

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó carrente un yate. Ahí en el resorts. Me dijeron todo muy bonito que lo rentara ahí que porque si lo rentaba ahí y va a ser más seguro todo y resulta que en el yate. Se me olvidó un reloj. Una cadena de oro uno lentes de marca y otro día que lo reclamé. Que según que no deje nada o sea que me lo robaron prácticamente y nos hicieron responsables. Lo del resorts. Por mi pérdida.

Excelente atención en the level
Pros:

El concierge Marcos siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudó el último dia de la estancia con la habitación hospitality y el hizo todo para que saliéramos a tiempo al aeropuerto. Excelente persona y gran elemento en el hotel

Playa. Servicio de playa. Ubicación. Habitaciones amplias. Cama y almohadas buenas. Muy bueno que haya una habitación de cortesía para cambiarse para los que salen de check out pero permanecen algunas horas mas en el resort

Cons:

Que los mozos no tengan QR o algo digital para recibir las propinas, que no haya app o web para reservar en los restaurantes. No juntan rápido el sargazo y permiten que se acumule. Feo olor en la rejilla del baño. La comida de bufete es calidad media. En los restaurantes mejor.

Nice and low tide for kids, regular food and nice place to sleep

The room it was really clean, the house keeping service is really good.

Cons:

The food in the buffet is not good (no many options and oily ) the restaurants with reservations are a bit better but nothing special to be honest, and the service in the hotel ( waitresses and bar tenders) are below comparing to the service in Cancun.

They have only one waiter on the beach, and the waiters at the pool are completely overwhelmed; consequently, the staff always appears stressed and unfriendly. The hotel's activities feel stuck in the 90s or early 2000s, they really need to modernize in this regard, and you have to pay a little extra for beach loungers, though I fail to see the added value. The rooms have been renovated and the beds are comfortable, but the hotel itself lacks personality.
