Cons:

Einfaches sehr spartanisches Zimmer! Weiss Betonwände mit etwas Holz. Grosses Fenster bis zum Boden, wirk wie ein Schaufenster!

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The spa is definitely worth trying. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are beautifully designed and very well organized. We were also able to access the pool area with our 8-year-old daughter, who had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. Guests also have the possibility of dining at the hotel's restaurant in the evening. After check-out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage and even allowed us to continue using the spa facilities, which was greatly appreciated.
The views are spectacular, especially from Chänzeli, which can be reached e.g. for sunset with an easy and pleasant 15-minute walk from the hotel along a comfortable trail with only gentle ups and downs.
An outstanding experience overall — highly recommended!

Spa très agréable avec une eau chauffée dans laquelle on rentre très facilement et une belle vue sur les Alpes.

Cons:

Chambre une peu vieillotte , pourrait être modernisée au prix de la nuit.
L accès à l hôtel qui ne se fait pas en voiture n était pas indiqué sur booking. 60 francs suisses le transport aller retour fait assez cher si on veut descendre visiter les villes alentours

Tolles Mineralbad. Grosse Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Kinderessen war von schlechter Qualität. Alternativ konnte man nur ein teures Menü für Erwachsene bestellen. Einen einzelnen Gang konnte man nicht bestellen- angeblich wegen der Kasse ?!
Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
