המיקום מצוין.החדר מרווח נקי ונעים מאוד.ההתחשבות בכל צרכי שומרי שבת.המיטות רחבות ונוחות.

הזמנתי חדר קינג והיה כתוב נוף להרים ולעיר.גם התמונה הראתה נוף מקסים.כשקראתי בביקורות שיש חדרים בלי נוף כתבתי מראש שאני מעונינת בחדר עם נוף. התשובה היתה שבכל החדרים רואים את נוף האלפים היפים .ואם אני רוצה לראות את כל הנוף שאזמין חדר בקומה 4 בתוספת תשלום. איננו מעונינים בחדר בקומה 4 כי בשבת אנחנו לא משתמשים במעלית.
בפועל קיבלתי לאכזבתי חדר בלי נוף בכלל.
פנינו לקבלה ורק לאחר 3 ימים ודיבורים רבים זכינו לחדר עם נוף מקסים ונהננו מאוד.

كنت حاجز غرفتين لمدة ثلاثة ايام في كل غرفة شخصين و طفل تم استغلنا وتم اجبارنا باخذ غرفة ثالث الأطفال علماً على مستوى العالم الطفل يحق طلب سرير إضافي له ولم يتم الموافق وتم اجباري باخذ غرفة ثالث الاطفال

Gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, gute eingerichtete Zimmer
Pros:

Modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit guten Betten, allerdings sind Bettdecken recht warm und die Klimaanlage ziemlich schwach. Also alles mehr auf Winter ausgerichtet und wir waren Anfangs August dort. Leider waren wir im 1. OG mit Flachdachbegrünung direkt vor dem Balkon, sodass wir die Balkontür über Nacht nicht auflassen konnten (war uns nicht wohl dabei).
Gym und nette ziemlich neue Sauna mit Dampfbad hat und gut getan. Dazuhin hatten wir Glück einen der 5 Gratisparkplätze neben dem Hotel zu "ergattern".

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer im 1,OG mit Flachdachbegrünung auf der Höhe des Balkons. So wollten wir die Balkontüre über Nacht nicht auflassen (schade, bei der guten kühlen Bergluft). Dazuhin ist das Eckzimmer auch sehr eingeschränkt was den Ausblick anbelangt.
Kann es sein. dass man für den booking.com Level3 Discount ein schlechtes Zimmer bekommt und dauert es immer mehrere Tage bis die 100,- CHF Kaution auf die Kreditkarte zurück gebucht wird? Hatte ich so noch nie.

Es war sehr zentral, ruhig und sauber
Pros:

Es war zentral, ruhig und hatte ein sehr gutes Bett.
Auch konnte ich früher einchecken und länger im Zimmer bleiben - herzlichen Dank.
