Pros:

Room was large, tidy and comfortable.

Body wash provided in the bathroom.

Staff were friendly

Location was quite central, easy to get to other places and lots of food around.

Coffee, tea and water provided in room.

Cons:

Found insects in the bathroom.

Wasn't able to use the swimming pool.

Cons:

It was hustle to get double bed though it was in preference, reception guy who did change my room to double bed was rolling his eyes in front of me. I have asked to give me room further to the lift cause my first days were impacted by the noise from the lifts and people coming and going. The receptionist told me that I never informed him about the location of new room. It was really disappointing, cause I have informed over the landline that I prefer the room further from the lifts. I have shifted rooms around 5pm though they promised to do it at 1 pm. That receptionist did gave me room further from the lift but after I have insisted on it. But the top was him rolling his eyes, it’s extremely rude, unacceptable behaviour. Other than that everything was fine.

I am come there every Sunday Everything ok i like parking,room cleaning or staff all excellent

There need to chack bed sheets and blankets because it's ragged and tv and wifi also sometimes not properly work

القيمة مقابل الإقامة لا تتناسب كما اننا عند تسجيل الدخول خاب املنا مع الاستقبال لكن الموظفة اللطيفة نيدي على ما اعتقد اسمها قامت بحل سوء التفاهم بكل تهذيب واحترافية وشكرا لها
