The location was great, but the room was very tiny.
Pros:

The location was in the center of downtown Lecce. It was best of all!

Cons:

There was no coffee maker or hot water maker... I couldn't make tea or coffee.
Wi-Fi connection was very poor.
The room was weird, the main floor was tiny and there was loft, but we don't use loft since we are not living there.

C'etait une grande deception: aucun service accessible et en plus chambre sans fenetre (avec veloux)

Cons:

Tout ce qui était indiqué dans le descriptifs des services de l’hôtel était (en pleine saison!) hors fonction or en état de réparation. Aucune information préalable était envoyée, ni des excuses ou demande de compréhension. Une attitude pas du tout à la hauteur du standing que l’hôtel voudrait sembler garantir. Le bâtiment est très beau et l'entrée est très théâtrale, mais quelle déception, sa gestion!

Pros:

L'emplacement ne peut pas être plus parfait en plein centre de Lecce, il permet de visiter la ville à pied. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4*, le personnel peu souriant, ne fait pas d'effort pour vous être agréable. Sur Booking il est annoncé un service de pressing qui n'existe pas. Le petit déjeuner est moyen.

Cons:

La habitación sin ventana !!! No correspondía a las fotos de booking..si le molesta el encierro evite la habitación número 2...un espanto en ese sentido !!...ante mi solicitud propusieron cambiarnos al dia siguiente...no deberían proponer una habitación sin ventana..aroma enrarecido. El resto perfecto. Si va en auto, asesorese como ingresar.
