Вкусные завтраки, красивое лобби
Неприветливый персонал, состояние номера не соответствует цене, не было ни питьевой воды, ни кондиционера, сломанный душ, не было тапок. При заселении просят заплатить депозит с кредитной карты 100 евро за браслет, хотя информации на Booking об этом не было. Если не хотите платить и взять обычную карту от номера, начинают агрессивно общаться, но при этом карты дают. Отель не понравился

The hotel cleannes, and services are great

Two single beds were combined and it was not too comfortable
Angenehme Betten, geräumige saubere Zimmer.
Trotz gemeldete Ankunftszeit kei Shuttle am bhf st. Moritz. Unangenehme Empfang, kein adequate Auskunft betreffend Engadin-Ticket, Verständnis Probleme. Arrogant!
Auch beim Abreise intolerant, langes warten auf Gepäckausgabe, kein Möglichkeit für Shuttle da „zu spät“ gemeldet.
Es waren viele kleine Baumaßnahmen im Gange und die Fenster konnte man nicht ankippen. Gefallen hat uns das freundliche Personal .

The front desk staff was competent but I wouldn’t give them high marks in grace and hospitality. Crisp, transactional, and a bit ‘chilly’.
Extremely noisy at night. There was a party at one of the the hotel bars and people leaving the party (at 11.30 pm and 2.45 am (!)) were very noisy, making it impossible to sleep. When we complained at the reception the following morning we got the impression that it was a regular issue ….

Teníamos desayuno incluido y lo disfrutamos mucho, con amplia variedad de comida.
La decoración y el interiorismo del hotel ha sido recientemente actualizado. Es una maravilla: el gimnasio es super amplio, la biblioteca es acogedora, los espacios comunes son confortables y espaciosos. Hay un kid club con juegos estupendos. El spa es fantástico. Además, teníamos incluido en nuestra habitación Suite pases para ir al Spa junto al hotel.
Está muy céntrico, a 5 minutos andando del lago y a 8 minutos del teleférico. A 10 minutos andando hay un parque para niños entre los arboles y justo frente al hotel hay un mini golf. Quiero volver en invierno para esquiar, tiene que ser alucinante. Ah! se pueden llevar mascotas.
The staff at reception were very good, fr7endly, caring and Welcoming. The hotel shuttle service us excellent. Hatts Off. The reception area is high end, very comfortable.
The guest rooms below average. No fan or air-conditioning, fridge, iron / ironing board. The room amenities do not match 4 star rating.
The reception recommended Indian restaurant in the basement, so accepted. When I was at restaurant then I relaised it's not authentic Indian but a fusion resturant, but it was too late. I did not lije the food. The only good food item was Naan which was hybrid of Indian and some Middle East country. I will not recommend to anyone.
