Amazing hotel with beautiful amenities for guests. Diverse choice of restaurants with amazing menus and service. They provided a free shuttle service to and from the train station which was a fantastic service. The room was beautifully put together with all mod cons. We were sorry to leave, would highly recommend a stay here. Staff and service and facilities were top class especially the amazing breakfast with so much to choose from and omelettes ect made fresh for you on the spot, unreal!

Cons:

The only small negative was the distance from the center but a 27 min walk on a nice day along the lake is not too bad.

It’s clean and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

It’s so expensive and there is no amenities in the bedroom. The bed is not comfortable and the pillow is also bad. We didn’t sleep well at all. 🫤

Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war super, etwas mehr "Regionalität" mit mehr Bergkäse, ggf. Bündner Nusstorte / lokale Spazialitäten.
Zimmer was sehr ruhig; durfte von einem Upgrade in eine Suite profitieren - war sehr schön, neuer Baustandard, gute Zimmeraufteilung. Einzig die Wasserleitungen sind tlw etwas laut (wenn bspw im Obergeschoss Wasser genutzt wird).

Schönes Hotel - nahe am See gelegen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Check-in und Check-out hat gut geklappt - es hat aber länger gedauert als in anderen Hotels, die ich kenne. Frühstück war sehr gut mit umfangreicher Auswahl. Gefallen hat mir die Lage: nur wenige 100m zum See.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück-Buffet war es gegen 8:00 Uhr war es sehr voll und überlaufen. Man hat kaum einen freien Tisch gefunden und musste relativ lange beim Café-Automaten warten.

Decent hotel in the town
Pros:

Stayed with a group for two nights. This hotel seems to cater largely for tour groups and was very busy at times. The building is quite quirky, split into different zones and was initially confusing. Its location is about a twenty minute uphill walk from the main town centre
Our room was baking hot when we arrived, being in the sun all day and there is NO air conditioning. The room had a balcony which helped a little eventually. Room space and bathroom were ok.
Breakfast buffets and dinners were ok, given that a large number of people were catered for in a short time.

Beautiful location. Amazing staff at the SPA (Anna) and the Stüva staff was incredible ❤️

Cons:

While I would definitely return to this location, the customer service during my visit needs improvement. The reception staff seemed a bit unprepared, and my experience with Mr. ElZeir was particularly disappointing. He was rude, didn't offer any greetings or departures, and mostly communicated in grunts and mumbles. Furthermore, he unnecessarily intervened while other staff members were already assisting me. On my next visit, I will simply request to be helped by someone else. Not a 4 star behavior!
