Very well-run hotel

They really checked all the possible boxes. They even had Russian channels. Just for that, you have my highest mark.

Cons:

The boring look of a hotel from the outside doesn't give credit for how it looks inside.

Very nice hotel to stay for a night.
Pros:

One night only. Location is a bit away from the lake, a 25 minute walk from the train station along the lake. Nice room, comfortable bed and bathroom to match. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really worth mentioning, though checking in might be a bit speedier.

Great location for a beautiful hotel!
Pros:

The hotel had a lovely cosy and luxurious feel about it. We arranged a pick up and drop off service to the train station which was really helpful. The room was really nice with super soft duvets that were like clouds!! There was a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and updated plugs next to the bed for USB-C lead which was great as we forgot to buy an adapter plug for Switzerland! Staff were excellent and very professional. Good choice of food within the hotel which was a life saver as not many places to eat out in St Moritz which was very surprising, we had the burger for tea which was delicious and breakfast was included where they catered to all requirements. I had to go back for seconds of the banana bread! It was only a 15 to 20 minute walk along the lake to the main area of St Moritz which was so peaceful and took the time to take in the stunning views.

Cons:

The room got very hot as couldn’t switch off the radiator in the bathroom, no air con so had to sleep with the door/window open all night.
Bathroom also dated compared to the rest of the room

Schönes Hotel mit toller Atmosphäre in der Lobby und zweckmässigen Zimmern.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war schön und mit vielen frischen Produkten findet sicher jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber gut eingerichtet und funktionell. Der kleine Balkon lädt ein zum frische Luft zu schnappen. Das offene Feuer in der Lobby war ein richtiges Highlight und versprüht eine besondere Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Ich fand es schade, dass die Dame an der Rezeption kein Wort Deutsch gesprochen hat. Immerhin befinden wir uns in der Schweiz auch wenn St. Moritz sicher sehr international gehalten ist. Auch dass das Spa im Hotel nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar ist und Gäste der tieferen Zimmerkategorien in ein Nebenhaus ausweichen müssen um in den Genuss eines inklusive Spa zu kommen.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel is very nice & the lounge area with the fireplace was very relaxing.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, we loved the personally made omelettes, the cereal selection and pastries & the coffee machine.

Cons:

You had to walk to the swimming pool complex and guests have to pay to use hot tub & sauna
