The area being diverse was a good thi

Cons:

Paying for parking 😒 was not acceptable when you are paying a lot for your stay. It should be already included free. And to have to go plates not little tiny boxes sometimes everyone doesn't want to eat with a crowd. The tiny boxes don't hold your entire breakfast you have to do more to get your one meal. I think that needs work.

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Shuttle does not run every 30 minutes. You have to call and order it. I ordered the shuttle but it never came, so I lost 1,5 hours just getting to the hotel. I first was chatting with staff on WhatsApp, they said that shuttle left but it never appeared. In the end I took an uber and the hotel covered those expenses, but I would prefer not to waste so much time on just getting to a hotel

A mistake I won't make again

Easy parking

Cons:

The staff was incompetent, lied about room availability and tried to charge incorrect fees in addition to new fees that hadn't been the policy when I made the booking. The hotel was very noisy and rooms felt smaller than what was pictured. Not worth the value for the cost.

Grand, confortable, mais nécessaire des exigences faibles pour l’insonorisation.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse! Le lit confortable et le personnel très gentil. Le déjeuner vraiment bien.

Cons:

L’insonorisation est plutôt médiocre cependant..on entend beaucoup les gens dans le couloir ainsi que le pas des gens de l’étage supérieur. Ça prend donc des bouchons. Pour un hôtel de cette chaîne, j’ai déjà vu mieux.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Stayed overnight and it was good location, clean, front desk were helpful, and etc. I recommend and would stay here again.
