El personal muy agradable
El costo del alojamiento no tiene relación con:
- El tamaño de la habitación
- El ambiente de la habitación

Si bien, tuve una buena experiencia, la comunicación a través de WhatsApp y Mail es muy deficiente. Escribí muchas veces para solicitar un early check in y nunca contestaron.
La acomodación para el niño
El desayuno excelente, la ubicación muy buena, hay un dispenser de agua fría, caliente y soda disponible 24hs. El personal super amable. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. No dieron un desayuno viajero q salimos a la madruga!

Me fue MUY MAL, compre la reserva por aplicacion de Booking y la compre con desayuno, llame al hotel el dia que llegaba y me confirmaron que NO tenia desyauno incluido, donde estaba segura de que habbia seleccionado en booking con desyauno, decidi cancelar con anticipacion y No me cancelaron la reserva para cobrarme 351.000 pesos donde ya les habia avisado que no me iba a bajar presente el reclamo a Booking, y al hotel tampoco le importoi que les avise temprano que me cancelaran porque la reserva NO era como la habia comprado, lo unico que les importa es cobrar tarifa a pesar de que sabian que les avise que no iba a utilizar la reserva es un Negocio y no les importa el cliente.

El ingreso es un poco desordenado porque las personas llegan y no hay turnos para check-in
La instalaciones muy agradables.
La gestión de solución del equipo. Para el valor de la estadía, deberían estar mejor preparados para dar soluciones. Simplemente cancelan reservas y no ofrecen alternativas.
