Pros:

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The only downside was that there wasn’t an elevator, but other than that, everything was perfect.

The owner was incredibly kind and even checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which made us feel very welcome. I also loved that there was a shared kitchen available it was a great convenience and made our stay even more comfortable.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Ha superato ogni aspettativa
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, camera grande con cucinotto, bagno pulito. Tutto moderno. Set doccia, bagnoschiuma e shampoo molto abbondanti.
Prezzo onestissimo per la zona. Time Square raggiungibile a piedi. Zona tranquilla. Il personale è gentilissimo

Good place to hang your hat at night while exploring NYC.
Pros:

It was quiet. The kitchenette was good. TV was good. Shower was good.

Cons:

Compact space. Bed was too firm for one of us. No entry room for the hotel

Well priced economic hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Large room, coffee maker.

Proper room to stay in the middle of NYC
Pros:

It’s in the middle of manhatten, close to the main touristic points of the city. Can be easily accessed by metro or bus.
There are no keys for the room, you don’t have to take care of them, you get access easy with a code.
Good value for NYC

Cons:

Doesn’t had coffee in the room or at least in the lobby

Pros:

The check in was fast. The place has a door code so you cannot enter the building without it which is perfect. Same for the room door. Times square is about 20 minutes walk.

Cons:

The bed mattress was hard but good overall. The place and room looked quite old and needed renovation. AC was very loud. A lot of noise from the street especially at night. There are no elevators so good luck if you have a heavy luggage. I would say it costs more than what it's worth. So for me it was too expensive for the quality. The area is a bit sketchy to be honest. The subway is about 15 min walk so if you have heavy luggage then it's gonna be difficult. Nobody at the desk when we checked out or at any point during our stay....Internet was patchy and slow.

Pros:

Bon hotel amb molt bona relació qualitat / preu, tenint en compte que estem parlant de New York. La zona, molt tranquila i ben comunicada, i a peu està en un lloc que caminant relativament poc estas a prop de tot (Central Park, Times Square…)

Cons:

No te ascensor, per nosaltres cap problema, pero les escales eren empinades

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado. Para el estándar de Nueva York la habitación es amplia, con el añadido de una pequeña cocina con todo lo esencial. El baño es amplio y bien equipado. Sin duda la ubicación es lo más destacable con Time Square a pocos minutos a pie.

Cons:

No se limpio la habitación en los tres días que estuvimos aunque desconozco si era necesario solicitarlo.

Pros:

The location is perfect, very central and in good quarter. The room is small but enough comfortable. The only issue can be that there is not an elevator. We arrived late and the staff was very gentle.

Cons:

The structure can be be renewed, there are some part old and sometimes fixed not in a proper way. As I said the fact that there is not an elevator can be an issue when you have big luggage that you have to bring upstair.

Location was a little bit out of centre but that was nice to get away from the crowds . Only 20 min walk into time square
