L,illuminazione troppo scarsa in bagno
La habitacion era acorde al precio-calidad. El baño era comodo y amplio.
Tenian pocas mesas para el desayuno. No habia personal que se ocupara de levantar las cosas de los huespedes y limpiar las mesas, por lo tanto cuando llegaban nuevos huepedes a desayunar, tenian que sentarse en mesas sucias y con restos de comida, platos y tazas de otras personas. La mesa del sector de cafeteria estaba chorreando agua y no habia personal para limpiar.
No recomendamos este hotel en absoluto. Esperamos que tomen medidas urgentes, porque unas condiciones así no deberían permitirse en ningún alojamiento.
Experiencia pésima y completamente inaceptable. Éramos cinco personas y alquilamos dos habitaciones, y nos encontramos con chinches en las dos habitaciones. Tenemos fotografías que demuestran lo ocurrido. Es algo que jamás esperaríamos encontrar en un hotel y que nos parece gravísimo.
Por si fuera poco, el estado del baño también dejaba muchísimo que desear. No podíamos ni lavarnos los dientes tranquilamente porque el lavabo echaba agua por el suelo, y además el suelo estaba muy sucio.
La experiencia fue realmente desagradable y nos hizo sentir muy incómodos durante nuestra estancia. Una cosa es que pueda haber algún pequeño inconveniente en un hotel, pero encontrar chinches en dos habitaciones diferentes y tener el baño en esas condiciones es absolutamente inaceptable.
El suelo estaba con pegotes de chicle y uno de los días a nuestra llegada encontramos gotas de una sustancia sospechosa.
Avisamos en recepción y nos dijeron que no había servicio de limpieza no se molestaron ni en pedirnos fotos o querer solucionarlo. En vista de mi reclamo me dieron dos toallas y un producto de limpieza.
Inaceptable!! Agradesco solo haberme quedado dos noches.

Staff was very friendly.
Room was smaller than expected for the price. Coffee pot needed cleaning.
Ontbijt was ondermaats. Geen fruit, heel slechte yoghurt. Geen croissants, te hard afgebakken broodjes. Vuile borden, zeer kleine ontbijtruimte, alles behalve proper.
Location is great, lots of cafe and restaurants around and good vibes overall. Walking distance to so many good locations, supermarkets also nearby and good for transport too.
Bed was okay and shower okay too.
Single room proper tiny with a single bed. Sink in the bathroom is tight with the shower it's a bit messy to get a shave.
Hotel looked way better in the photos than in reality, it could do with a little bit more maintenance. My room was quite dirty and it did have a bit of a smell. I think it's mixed hotel/residential. It can get quite noisy at night I often heard the person upstair dragging chairs etc. but it was very quiet on my floor.
The mini fridge in the room is useless as it wouldn't cool anything. The room got very hot at night even with air conditioning on, those filters needs change for sure.
I haven't tried the breakfast (Eur 14) there are way too many cafes around to pay that much for a hotel breakfast.
NOTE they don't do late check-in so if you planning to arrive in Amsterdam after 11pm you won't get in.
Overall the experience was okay-ish, I would probably come back if I'm looking at a budget stay.
Location
Hotel facilities did not work. Late check-in not possible. Fob keys that give access to the building and room did not work. Hall and corridor doors were not working so had to go around the building and use other entrances that were far from my bedroom to access it.
