The reception is located on the left hand side of the 4th floor. A elevator can be found on the left hand side, behind the stairs.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The Staff was friendly and helpful
The location was good.

Cons:

Honestly, everything. The room was dingy and run-down. There were dents in the doors, the baseboards, table and bathroom mirror. The wallpaper peeled off in multiple spots. The bathroom mirror wasn't clean, nor was the ceiling lamp in the room. The curtains were dirty as well.
It didnt feel like the 4-star hotel it was advertised at, and we were heavily disappointed, because we expected more.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The location was the main reason I choose the hotel. It is close to tram connections to every part of Amsterdam.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. We will certainly be back.

Cons:

The room we had (212) was very dark. Due to the strange layout the main window was obscured by the wardrobe.
And because the openable window was at a public thoroughfare we couldn't leave it open to get some fresh air in overnight. Will certainly specify another room when we return.

Konum harika, az ileride bulunan duraktan geçen 17 numaralı tren ile rahatça ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Oda konforlu, çift yastık olması çok iyi, ortam sessiz, güvenli, duşlar harika. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlarımız güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Herşey harikaydı.

Kahvaltıda omlet olsun isterdim. 🙄😬

Oda temiz ve minibarda ücretsiz içecekler vardı

Cons:

Otel aynı binada 2 farklı bölümden oluşuyor, odalara girmek için asansörler kata çıkıyorsunuz ve balkondan geçiş yapmalısınız. Gece döndüğümde balkondan geçiş yapmak istediğimde balkon kapısının kilitliydi, oda anahtarı açmıyor, resepsiyon kapalı kimse yok, odaya ulaşamadım. Çok kötü bir durum, üst taraftan asansöre girdiğimde gene giriş yapamadım. Aynı bina da bulunan diğer otelin resepsiyonunda görevli olduğunu gördüm, ondan yardım istedim kendi anahtarı ile balkon ara kapısını açtı ve odama ulaşabildim. Ertesi gün bu sorunu resepsiyondaki görevliye söylediğimde diğer bina girişinden girmem gerektiğini ve buradan balkondan dolaşarak binaya geçmem gerektiğini belirtti, bunu check in yaptığımdaki arkadaşın bana söylemesi gerektiğini belirttim, ayrıca check in sırasında odama giderken de benim gece kullandığım girişten geçirmişti. Kötü bir deneyim oldu. Maalesef oteldeki görevliler fazla ilgilenmediler.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Nice property in a good location. Helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day, towels changed every day also.
