Hubo un día en que no se realizó el aseo, pero se le dijo a la chica de la recepción, y ella de inmediato lo realizo.

Stole my money

Cons:

I canceled once I got there. The room and facilities were subpar. I went ahead and canceled which I was able to through Booking App. The instructions specifically said that the hotel had to reimburse me for the booking which was 80 plus dollars and they said they would inform admin in the morning but never got back to me nor did they reimburse my money. So basically they stole my money.

Muy agradable, lindo, acogedor, la cama muy buena.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la Cámara de Comercio. Y el hotel rodeado de mucha zona verde, es muy agradable la planta física del hotel.

Cons:

El personal de la noche súper amable, sonriente, pero la señorita de la mañana, no sonríe, no responde a lo que se le pregunta, igual si atiende bien, pero le falta. Es decir; le hable sobre el desayuno y no me volteo ni a ver; desapareció 15 min y volvió con el desayuno que nos quiso traer, igual estuvo rico, pero uno se siente mejor, si le contestan con palabras, y sonriendo, creo yo
