The property is really convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. The property is good value for a cost sensitive person.
The breakfast options are limited compared to the 4 stars resorts as you would expect but there is adequate choice for most people.
They offer a AUD20 shuttle service to the airport which is fantastic.

Great hotel close to everything

We had one night at Dekuta prior to our flight. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location close to the Beachwalk mall & beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I wasn't well when we arrived for check-in and they accommodated us with an early check in, in a nice quiet room so I could rest. Was very grateful. This is a good value hotel.

Warning!! I am a person who works remotely. Before booking, I verified that the hotel offer wifi, in addition i contacted the hotel over the phone explainng that as a remote worker it was imperative for me that the wifi worked or i wouledn't be able to operate. I asked multiple times for months before my arrival and I always was told don't worry the wifi is working fine. since my arrival june 12 2024 the wifi in my room has never worked, forcing me to go to work ousite the hotel. i paid 11.millions and 600 thousand rupias uppront amost $700 for the stay at this hotel. i absolutely do not recommand this hotel, it has been having wifi issue since the past two years. I have found this out after speaking to the staff. If you need wifi during your vacation this is not the hotel for you. Stay away, save money and frustration!!

Spent three nights in this hotel. The location is in the center of all happenings,such as restaurants,local shops,beach, modern shopping mall and the clubs. It is a bit dated hotel, seems to be more than 20 years. The open air lobby is nice with the medium size swimming pool just a few steps. The restaurant is by the road and expect for some pollution. The room is quite old and the bathroom is even more dirty. There moulds almost at all corner. Inside the room there are free tea and coffee with kettle, simple bathroom amenity and the worst is the liquid soap with strange smells. The pillow is too soft and I have neck pain after sleeping here for three nights. The bed is not comfortable at all as it is an old style bed. The breakfast is just fine, you got Asian style and toast. You can order fried eggs for free. The hotel is surrounded by local shops, and a huge modern shopping mall (Beach Walk), then you will expect the traffic and crowds, most of the rooms are not facing the road,then it seems to be more quite. I will only recommend if you want to stay in the center with affordable rate,if you are looking for more luxurious room,then Marriott is just in front of this hotel with all room facing the sea.

The Best experience ever! Tama and Wijaya are the best hosts you need to meet if you choose to come to to Dekuta hotel. They gave tips and suggestions what to do and where to go. I give them 5* definitely! Thank You so much! I will be back ;).to see you guys!

The hotel is quiet and nice, close to the beach and pretty much in the middle of all the life you want in Kuta. The food is mediocre, limited vegetarian and almost no vegan options.

Mice chewed on our stuff during night and left poop behind.

Not a great hotel but not bad either.

The hotel has a great location, rooms are confortable.. and the pool is amazing. Breafast buffet has lot of delicious options. Price worthy !

Good room, good vibes, and good staff. When I need a help about the room, the staff are so responsible. The breakfast menu has many choices and alwas change everyday. And the Receptions staff are so helpfull. Can't wait to stay here again in the next Holiday

We had a lovely 6 night stay at Dekuta. It's a beautiful little hotel, lovely rooms and gorgeous pool. We loved the location, close to beach, lots of action close by on Poppies 2. The best bit were the staff!! They were the most lovely people and made our stay! We have nothing to fault and highly recommend this place!

Their location are perfect near by the beach, many restaurants, mall, shops around the corner and can be reached in walking distance. Their exceptional service was unforgettable. Especially Alit Wijaya who have shown his dedication to arrange me everything. He always makes sure that everything we need is in place & well arranged. The breakfast is more than expected, they have a lot of choice. Wifi is good but need to be improved. Everything are perfect and definitely would come back on our next trip in October.

Nice clean Hotel at an affordable price

Visited with friends for a meal, great service, really good size portions and very reasonably priced too, staff were very attentive, quick service and all were very satisfied with the food they had delivered to them. This restaurant is part of a new hotel complex. You won’t be disappointed if you go!

I have been staying here at Dekuta for some years now, and is my first choice hotel.

Firstly, the staff are great, but I have seen a decline over the years, everyone seems to be super young, not sure why all the older staff are not here anymore??

The housekeeping staff are also great, especially the OG's. There has been several times where I have left money and walked out of my room and left the safe door open. NEVER once has anything ever been taken or touched, they even tidy up my clothes laying on the floor.

The Pool - Used to be great with the waterfall feature but that doesnt work anymore. The sun lounges are in need of replacing, the stairs from the deck the bushes need to be trimmed as they cover most of the path way towards room 108 /109

Breakfast - while there aren't many options for the included breakfast, they are some great ones. I recommend the avo smash !!

Overall I will stay here again, they just need to re freshen the place up.

The location is just behind beachwalk and of course is on poppies 2, say no more
