So relaxing, felt “seen,” special, and taken care of, and if you need quiet ocean time at a slow pace it is glorious at
Pros:

Very clean, very bright, beautiful room. The room was very vast, super clean, and very chic. I faced the beach and it was right next to the restaurant/front desk area which made things convenient.

The dock with the two tier gazebo was so fun. I loved spending time upstairs on the hammocks overlooking the sea. Day and night had beautiful views. Having access to the other two properties next door was also nice because there’s a beautiful pool at Almond Bay.

The staff is top-tier trained. Everyone remembers your name and makes you feel very special as a guest there.

Booked a snorkeling tour with the guide Perm and boat captain Michael. They were very fun and very easy to chat with.

Walk next door to the property, past the bike pickup area and you can find a cute coffee shop. A short bike ride down the road can bring you to Roast (great coffee shop and breakfast) and Maximo’s.

Cons:

No complaints. Truly.

After an initial wait for our room to be ready, we were able enjoy this piece of paradise. Truly a beautiful place!
Pros:

Beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large and comfortable and we had no issues.

Cons:

The resort is located at the far end of town. It’s walkable, but it’s a long walk (about 2 miles). Bikes were available to use, but had to be returned by 5pm making it trickier to go out to dinner without a car or renting a golf cart. We and had to wait an extra hour or so before our room was ready, but once we were in, it was wonderful.

Um local para se retornar! Tudo muito arrumado, excepcionalmente cuidado e de bom gosto. Funcionários realmente atenciosos e interessados em resolver qualquer questão. Captain Larry a pessoa mais simpática para um BOM DIA em Hopkins.

Cons:

Tivemos alguma dificuldade com a limpeza, era um pouco irregular e por vezes esqueciam de entrar em nosso apartamento. Podiam além de arrumar as camas, limpar um pouco o chão (um local com areia precisa desse tipo de cuidado). Sentimos falta de opções mais simples de comida, nem sempre é o caso de uma comida sofisticada mas a pizza era OK. Honrar a culinaria Garifuna e seus pratos simples de arroz, feijao e peixe seria uma otima ideia.

Excellent - Stay if you can
Pros:

The resort is lovely. It’s quiet. Staff are plentiful and excellent. Outlook is fantastic

Cons:

We had a water leak in or Villa so maint has to visit. They attended for over 4 hours over 2 days

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and kind. The first night we had some issues with the ac in our room, after speaking with Robin in the guest lobby she immediately got her manager on the phone and together they found the best solution to accommodate my family and I immediately. They apologized several times for the inconvenience and provided us with a complementary meal in the restaurant. The food was good and staff once again was pleasant. Our room was clean and the property was well kept.

We're coming back soon!
Pros:

Our accommodations exceeded our expectations! The staff were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. It was my wife's 70th birthday and when we returned to our room after a full day excursion, a bottle of champagne was there along a Happy Birthday greeting made with flowers on our bed!

Cons:

On our last night, the lights were off on the stair railing and sidewalk which made it very difficult to walk and dangerous. I didn't need to inform the front desk on this issue; it should have been noticed immediately once the lights were turned on in the resort.
