Pros:

O pequeno almoço é razoavelmente bem servido com uma vista deslumbrante
Os jantares são agradáveis, restaurante também com vista e o chefe de sala tem um atendimento irrepreensível.
No SPA as meninas são simpáticas e solícitas

Cons:

O serviço no bar é péssimo, desde a desorganização à antipatia e falta de polimento dos funcionários.
Estive "encostada" ao balcão mais de 5 minutos para pedir 2 cafés, à espera que a menina acabasse de ver com toda a atenção do mundo o que se passava no seu telemóvel, cansada de esperei chamei-a, o que me pareceu deixá-la aborrecida, nem um " desculpe estava distraída ou sequer um boa tarde!!"
É uma pena pois este complexo tinha tudo para ser aquele lugar onde queremos voltar...
