Front desk service! OJTs should not speak or decide, coz staff told to my wife Ma'am sorry po kase OJT po kase sila. They gave my wife rooms with incomplete room service no towels no hair dryer, we used to stay here (crimson before now Quest) i always make a feedback, i was there last January 2026 OJTs also assisted me i have no problem with people as a Doctor i am very strict when it come to service! OJTs are there to learn with regular employees not OJTs alone!

Wonderful Experience!
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Quest Plus! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming throughout our visit.

Special shoutout to Ms. Lovely the receptionist and Sir Delfin, the security guard, for being incredibly accommodating, respectful, and helpful. They made us feel safe and genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. Excellent customer service like his truly makes a difference.

Thank you to the whole team for the great experience Highly recommended!
