It is nearby to the mall and it has that classic look.

I did not expect it to be that huge.

아침식사는 먹을만했어요.. 다만 직원이 플레인 버터와 우베버터가 색깔만 다르다고 저한테 우긴게 정말 황당합니다. 냄새 맡고 우베라고 하는데도 플레인이라고 웃으면서 우기길래 냄새 맡아보라고 줬더니 그 때서야 플레인버터 가져다 놓겠다고 하더군요... 왜 그것때메 직원과 실갱이를 해야하는지 이해가 안됩니다. 그 직원 사과도 없었어요.

호텔이 손님으로 가득찼던 일요일 조식시간에 정직원은 안보이고 OJT들만 북적여서 음식 턴오버나 서비스 엉망이었어요. 후에 매니져가 응대를 해서 괜찮아졌지만. 인건비 아끼느라 OJT들 쓰는건 좋지만, 교육은 좀 시키고 썼으면 하네요.

I would like to recognize Delfin for the wonderful assistance he provided during my stay, especially in helping me with my luggage.
What stood out to me the most wasn't just his willingness to help, but the genuine conversation we had along the way. We had a simple chat, but it made a big difference. It made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued as a guest.

In many hotels I've stayed at, staff members are often quiet and simply focus on completing their tasks. While there's nothing wrong with that, Delfin went a step further by creating a friendly connection through a small conversation. Those little interactions build trust and make guests feel more at home, turning a good stay into a memorable one.

I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service my family and I received during our recent stay at Quest Plus Conference Center. As a returning guest, I am consistently impressed by the warmth and hospitality of your team, but our experiences at the Executive Lounge truly stand out every single time we visit.
​In particular, I would like to recognize three exceptional team members who made our stay delightful:
​- Angelo (Receptionist): he consistently sets the tone for a wonderful visit. His warm welcome, efficiency, and genuine hospitality make us feel right at home the moment we step into the lounge.
​- Kenji (Waiter): His attentiveness is remarkable. He consistently anticipates our needs before we even have to ask, ensuring our dining experience is seamless and comfortable.
​- Chef Kim: The culinary offerings in the Executive Lounge remain one of the highlights of our stay, thanks to Chef Kim. The care, and attention to detail put into every dish do not go unnoticed.
​It is rare to find a team that delivers such a high level of personalized care with genuine consistency. Angelo, Kenji, and Chef Kim embody what true hospitality is all about.

​Please pass along our heartfelt gratitude to all three of them. They are a credit to your management and a huge asset to the hotel. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is always my go to hotel when Im in the area. Polite employees and everyone will greet u with a smile

Our stay was very pleasant, as always. We keep coming back because of the excellent hospitality, security, and overall guest experience that Quest Hotel consistently provides.

This visit was especially meaningful as we celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary here, the same place where my wife and I were married. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Sir Neil Esperanzate, Sir Delfin and the entire security team/reception staff for being exceptionally accommodating, professional, and pleasant throughout our stay.
