Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Even on their email responses before arrival I could feel the hospitality. I felt at ease as soon as I stepped inside the hotel. The airport shuttle service is also very nice, and I could still make use of it hours after my check out time back to the airport.

Cons:

The hotel is located next to a very busy street, so it was a bit noisy with cars and motorcycles during all hours, which was not ideal to fall asleep.

Pros:

中心地から徒歩10分ぐらい
スタッフが優しい
朝食付きは1FのカフェでBND6.00まで好きなものを頼める(事前説明なし)

Cons:

炎天下の中、毎回歩くのはキツイのでDartを活用した方が良い
でも待ち時間がある(Dartの問題)
他のレビューに書かれていたコンビニは閉鎖しているので買い物は不便
部屋は年季が入っている
シャワーの圧が弱い
アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸のみ

well located but crumbling hotel
Pros:

the location is pretty good, the staff are friendly and the free airport shuttle was good

Cons:

the hotel is very very very old and kind of dirty, the room had mini bugs in the draws and everything was old and badly maintained and not particularly clean. the airport shuttle is also not free after 9pm. it’s cheap compared to other hotels, but it definitely needs tearing down!

If you want just a cheap night sleep, nothing else, then this may work.
Pros:

If you want a cheap hotel, this is cheap, but then also don’t expect much more than cheap. Initially they offered us a queen size bed in each room, but that got changed to two single beds each room. Beds are OK, but not great, clean though. The room is very basic.

Cons:

The bathroom is mouldy, the bath tub wall wall was mould-black, why they don’t clean this beats me. A cheap hotel does not have to be dirty.

Very good location, overall recommended
Pros:

Very much recommended if you’re a budget traveller. The location is perfect, so close to everything in the city. The room was totally fine, the bed was very comfortable. The rug was a little used/dirty so i recommend wearing slippers, but overall very good stay for the price. Also the receptionists were super nice and helpful.

Pros:

Great value with friendly and helpful staff. Ten minute walk to the center. Restaurant on site with included breakfast. Free airport shuttle and you can hire the shuttle to take you to Gadong Night Market. Clean and comfortable room with refrigerator.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit outdated and could use some attention.

Lovely staff
Pros:

The staff solution to the issues below was to give me an upgrade to a lovely bigger room that was simply perfect, clean and cockroach-free. After the first night, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was located in a nice area, walking distance from everything (if you want to walk). There is a lovely waiting area in front of reception where you can sit and wait for the free transfer back to airport. Everyone was lovely.

Cons:

The first room had a big cockroach wandering around, and plenty of small ones that climbed into my clothes and were a bit hard to get rid of. After the first day, electricity in our room was cut off.

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, proche du centre ville à pied de Brunei. Pratique pour un court séjour de visite du pays. Le rapport qualité prix également est très bon.

Walkable distance to major destinations. Free airport shuttle (during certain hours). Reception was nice. Free water bottles in room.

Cons:

The airport shuttle was late picking us up. Our flight arrived outside of the complementary shuttle hours, which we were aware of. I specifically asked ahead of time if we could pay with card, and they said yes. While waiting for the driver I withdrew money from an ATM for the next days activities. Driver shows up late, and then says we have to pay in cash. So I had to make another withdrawal, incurring another withdrawal fee.

Budget-friendly stay.
Pros:

- Great location, within walking distance to some of the major attractions and the waterfront
- Clean and comfy beds
- Okay but budget friendly food

Cons:

It's an old, business hotel. It has clearly run past its heyday. But with the price and location, I really can't complain.
