Malísimo para ser 4 estrellas , muy caro y no lo vale

El desayuno completo y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Las instalalaciones viejas sin mantenimiento , los AA NO funcionan , nos cambiaron de habitación
Manchas de humedad por todo el pasillo
Los baños sin alfombra antideslizante , un peligro!!

Pros:

El hotel esta muy bonito, comodo, moderno y cerca al centro. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones, la limpieza en general del hotel y la atención del mozo de la pileta es muy buena.

Cons:

Entiendo que el horario de finalización del desayuno es a las 10:00. Sin embargo, sería muy positivo que antes de retirar los alimentos el personal se acercara amablemente a las mesas para consultar si los huéspedes desean algo más. Mi familia y yo llegamos alrededor de las 9:55 y, aunque notaron que recién nos acomodábamos, retiraron todo sin preguntarnos. En otros hoteles suelen consultar primero. Creo que sería un buen punto para revisar y mejorar

No habían casi toallas y el desayuno lo quitan justo a las 10 AM en punto si llegas a las 9;55 tienes 5 minutos para comer

Quartos e banheiro espaçosos e confortáveis.

Cons:

De não ter toalha de rosto e tapete no banheiro, só nos deram toalha de banho.
Não ter tapete no banheiro faz com que o banheiro todo fique molhado, já que o box não é totalmente fechado, tem apenas um pedaço de vidro fixo.

Foi ótima e eu recomendo, voltaria outras vezes.
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, espaçoso e arborizado. O quarto é amplo e muito confortável. O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento dos funcionários no geral foi muito eficiente.

Cons:

A limpeza podia ser melhor e faltou ter um frigobar no quarto.

El desayuno es lo único muy bueno lo demás una decepción

Cons:

La habitación en muy mal estado, con falta de mantenimiento. La primer habitación que nos tocó se nos inundó, la cortina se nos cayó al querer cerrarla. Y la segunda habitación tenía una falta de limpieza muy grande. En el baño era muy fuerte el olor a pis. La verdad no era lo que esperaba
