Baja calidad vs precio

La calidad de las toallas me pareció bueno, al igual que la cama. No así las cabeceras pero es algo menor.

Cons:

El desayuno y restaurant en general. Desde mala atención hasta la calidad de los productos muy deficiente. Huevo con mal sabor, platos muy pequeños para comer y en el caso de la cena no hubo disposición a cambiar los platos indicando que la Chef no estaba para conocer lomo a lo pobre, ni tampoco hacer un cambio a lo que el plato tenía previsto. Pasé 3 noches y no pude comer ninguna en el restaurant del hotel.
Las últimas veces, 2 o 3 años atrás que me hospedé aquí fue mucho mejor, lamento que haya bajado la calidad.

Pros:

Muy agradable. Piezas amplias, limpias y camas cómodas. Personal muy amable, especialmente Paola del restaurante. Desayuno rico.

Cons:

Extrañé algunos elementos en el baño, como gorra de baño y crema de cuerpo, pantuflas tampoco había, que por el precio creo debiera considerarlo. En el desayuno me hubiera gustado que hubiese palta y más variedad de panes.

Muy ordenado, buen desayuno ..

Cons:

Que me ofrecieran una tarifa mas baja cancelando reserva en booking... porque al final se supone que su propaganda o publicidad es que obtiene uno mejores precios en la app.

Ubicacion, atencion delnpersonal y la comodidad de las habitaciones.

Cons:

El sector de terraza cerrada (al lado del Retaurant) donde cenamos un dia y vimos unos de los partidos del mundial ahí, estaba muy frio, habiamos varios huespedes en el sector, todos con parkas y sweaters mientras cenabamos. Se entiende que es un sector más expuesto, pero hay calefactores para este tipo de recintos.

Pros:

La habitación espectacular, espero nos toque la misma el 27 de junio.

Cons:

Que eramos 4 personas y solo había café para 2, aguas de cortesía para 3 y solo 2 vasos. Es un detalle pero creo que es un punto a mejorar.
