Gosto do preço e custo benefício e da localização.

Cons:

Falta de vagas para estacionar, pois deixamos o carro fora e tivemos a capota da carroceria cortada. Prejuízo de 1.000,00 no mínimo. E a falta de um espelho no quarto pra gente se arrumar.
