overpriced, dirty and poorly maintained apartment nowhere near the standard expected for the price.

Cons:

The accommodation was a separate property located about three blocks away from the hotel. This was quite disappointing, as we were expecting to stay close to the hotel itself.

The apartment was old and clearly had several maintenance issues. There was a broken door, a broken bedside table, nails randomly attached in the bathroom, and a bedroom mirror lying on the floor. Several areas also appeared to still be unfinished or under work.

Unfortunately, the apartment was also not properly clean when we arrived. We had to clean the bathroom ourselves, and we found food left behind by previous guests.

We asked if it was possible to move to a room in the actual hotel, but unfortunately nothing was available. After we complained, the cleaning situation did improve, and a handyman came the following day and fixed or adjusted what he could. We appreciated the effort, but the overall condition of the apartment remained disappointing.

The biggest issue was the price. The apartment was extremely expensive for what was provided. We know the area well and visit almost every year, so we have a good understanding of local prices. At this rate, we expected a much higher standard—closer to what you would expect from a premium or penthouse-level accommodation.

Overall, the staff did respond to our complaints and tried to improve the situation, but the condition, cleanliness, location relative to the hotel, and especially the price made this a disappointing stay

Top Preis Leistung und Lage. Sehr schön für Kinder.
Pros:

Wir hatten das zugehörige Apartment in der Nebenstrasse gebucht. Es war super ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen neben einem Supermarkt. Besonders gut für günstigen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung. Frühstück top mit frisch zu ereiteten Pancakes, Omelett, Spiegelei.
Gute Auswahl an umliegenden Restaurants.
Der Pool echt schön. Mit Animation und Spielecke für Kinder.
Lage in der Nähe eines freien Sandstrandes ohne Liegen oder man kann günstig über das Hotel Angebote für Strandliegen, Aquapark oder Freizeitparks beziehen.
Einmal kurz Stromausfall und das Hotel hat sofort reagiert.

Cons:

Der Kinderpool hat tiefe Stellen. Hier muss man gut aufpassen, es wirkt von aussen flacher als es ist.
Viele Mücken im Kinderspielbereich.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Le foto di stanze sono un po diverse di realtà ma il cibo,gentilezza di personale, etc copre questo dettaglio. Comunque serve una ristrutturazione de le camere per 4 stelle.

Das Hotel 🏨 hat uns gut gefallen aber es ist kein vier Sterne Hotel. Warum: Reception ab 23:00 Uhr nicht
mehr besetzt. Keine Badetücher für das Pool

Cons:

Die Manager die das Hotel führen sollten sich an das Jahr 2026 anpassen und nicht führen wie in den 70ziger Jahren. Es braucht keine Aufseher mehr. Dann das Mobiliar (Weniger ist mehr) zuviel unnötige Sachen abräumen

Très bon séjour en bord de mer
Pros:

L’hôtel est tout prêt de la plage et de la promenade.
Transats et parasols à un prix très raisonnable du fait d’un partenariat avec l’hôtel.
Très bon repas.

Cons:

La literie est vraiment à revoir
