Cons:

Minha mulher esqueceu no apartamento um colar de pérolas, infelizmente, a tal governança do hotel não encontrou e, portanto, tivemos prejuízo considerável.

Check in rápido, cama bastante confortavel

Cons:

De terem descontado do cartão antes, eu iria pagar a vista no dia. Também não gostei do valor pelo tipo da hospedagem, achei alto demais. Cheguei chovendo e ninguém me auxiliou com a mala, entrei sozinha. Não tinha nenhuma água gratuita nem que fosse uma para o hóspede, só se fosse no café da manhã, 6 reais um copinho de água, achei absurdo. Mas forma geral foi legal a experiencia

Bom hotel.
Pros:

Café da Manhã é extremamente completo. O quarto é amplo e as áreas comuns são bem cuidadas.

Cons:

As luzes pisacavam no quarto, o banheiro tinha comunicação sonora evidente com outros quartos, dando para escutar o outro quarto com clareza.

Pros:

Limpeza, localizacao do hotel e cafe da manha.

Cons:

Funcionarios com condutas discordantes , falha de comunicação,
serviço de room service demorado com tentativa de contato sem resposta,
