Wat een enorme tegenvaller!

Tijdens onze doorreis naar huis hier overnacht, mede vanwege de goede reviews. Helaas bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders.

Het hotel was ontzettend smerig: vieze vloeren, zwarte haren en afval van vorige gasten en een smerige wc-bril. Daarnaast was de kamer vreselijk gehorig. Het raam kon niet open vanwege het truckersrestaurant en de continu voorbijrijdende vrachtwagens.

Het ontbijt van €36 voor 2 volwassenen en een kind van 4 jaar hebben we maar overgeslagen. Dit werd aan de overkant geserveerd in het truckerscafé.

Wij zijn blij dat we weer naar huis konden. Voor ons absoluut nooit meer Plaza Inn Bad Rappenau!

Vreemde locatie op een 'autohof' maar uitstekende kamer en lekker balkon. Restaurant pal bij.

Das Frühstück gab es im angrenzenden Autohof. Abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Freundliche Mitarbeiter im Autohof. Rezeption während Aufenthalt Durchreise nicht begegnet
Online checkîn udn checkout für Menschen auf der Durchreise sehr bequem und füunktioniert sehr gut (konnte mit Handy viua app alle Türen und Aufzug bedienen)

Cons:

Statt Dreibettzimmer Zweibettzimmer mit Zustellbett. Zustellbett sehr instabil, Bretter vom lattenrost beim abliegen durchgebrochen. Ausstattung etwas spartanisch

Es war ein schönes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zum Parkplatz hin. Mit Kleinkind war es sehr laut durch die Straße und die Autobahn. In der Nacht hat irgendjemand einen Kompressor 30 Minuten benutzt und die Lage zur Tankstelle war auch recht laut. Es war eine sehr schlechte Nacht.

Cons:

Überteuertes Frühstück, unappetitlich, da extrem viele Fliegen im Gastraum waren. Das müsste man mit entsprechenden Mitteln reduzieren. Trotz der Tatsache, das sommerliche Temperaturen waren und ein gewisses Aufkommen von Ungeziefer normal ist, so nicht akzeptabel.

Super Zwischenstopp für lange Reisen.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück gegenüber im Restaurant. Zimmer war top ausgestattet, tolle Dusche. Das angrenzende Bikini Art Museum ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!
