Great Room, Location and Value for Money.
Pros:

10 minute walk from South Brisbane railway station, Southbank and Lyric Theatre. The Room was very Spacious, with a kitchen with basic utensils, and the beds were very comfortable. Our room backed onto the train line, but we didn't hear anything.

Nice apartment, close to transport and eats & drinks, has a little restaurant downstairs as well with a bar.

Cons:

A bit of a sewage pipe smell in Bathroom, not all to horrid tho.
