Pros:

Excellent experience at Radisson Blu Hotel Lusaka. The service was professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. Definitely a great 5-star hotel.

Good hotel for a stop in Lusaka. Nothing exceptionnal though
Pros:

Great team, hotel well maintained. Good services (shuttle, restaurant,). Great breakfast.

Cons:

Pool is not very pleasant at this time of the year (too cold, no more sun as early as 3PM) and the environment around the pool is not great either.

Worst experience at a hotel EVER.
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, depending on who assisted you.

Cons:

The cleanliness was questionable. Dirty floors which u mentioned to the front desk on my second day, and they advised that it would be escalated to the housekeeping exec, but nothing was done about it. Worse, my dinner I ordered contained spoiled mushrooms. Upon informing room service, they picked up the dish and replaced with another option, which I thought was exactly what should happen in this instance. But upon checkout I was provided with the bill for the replacement. They did not refund me for the first dish and charged for the second, on the grounds that I only reported it 5 hours after ordering it ( because I was working and lost track of time). So their stance is that the food would have spoiled in that time frame. How is it even possible for a freshly made dish to spoil within 5 hours in an air conditioned room? Pathetic service.
