It was near my funeral place
The rooms are dirty the beds are as if you are sleeping on the floor
The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, depending on who assisted you.
The cleanliness was questionable. Dirty floors which u mentioned to the front desk on my second day, and they advised that it would be escalated to the housekeeping exec, but nothing was done about it. Worse, my dinner I ordered contained spoiled mushrooms. Upon informing room service, they picked up the dish and replaced with another option, which I thought was exactly what should happen in this instance. But upon checkout I was provided with the bill for the replacement. They did not refund me for the first dish and charged for the second, on the grounds that I only reported it 5 hours after ordering it ( because I was working and lost track of time). So their stance is that the food would have spoiled in that time frame. How is it even possible for a freshly made dish to spoil within 5 hours in an air conditioned room? Pathetic service.

Perfect location
Overall experience was good but two main issues. No free breakfast or restaurant for rewards members. Radisson hotels in other countries do this.
No lotion in my bathroom. Requested they brought then disappeared the next day!
I liked the pool but didn’t use it because it was cold due to winter. The food was also really good! Breakfast was great with omelette chef and room service was also good. Overall the stay was nice and comfortable.
The staff were a bit disorganised. The guy who checked us in told us we had breakfast included and when I went to the breakfast they told me it was not included so make sure you screenshot any of your bookings beforehand. The pool staff told me I couldn’t put a drink on my room without setting a table there first. He kept chasing me up just for a Coke Zero when he could have just added it to my room number. These small things that took it from a 5 star experience to a 3 star.

I had a good stay at the Radisson Lusaka hotel. The atmosphere was calm, and the room was super clean. It was a good value for money spent.

It does not live up to the Radisson brand. Cleanliness and smells in the washrooms and bed rooms need to improve

My stay at Radisson Blu Lusaka was very enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well kept, with a bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The team was professional, courteous, and attentive to guests’ needs. I also appreciated the strong security measures and the hotel’s strategic location near some of Lusaka’s major shopping centers. A reliable choice for both business and leisure travelers.
