It was moderate, our aircond room 945 is not to cold but bearable.

comfortable and great price
Pros:

This is my second time staying at the Klagan Hotel, KK. I really enjoy the variety of food, while eating I can view the scenery of the ocean. Eventho my room don't have outside view from the window but the room is comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good since it is located in the center of KK and nearby to KKIA. Hotel with a great price to stay in Kota Kinabalu. Insya-Allah I will come back to this hotel for another more trip.

Cons:

There is a pole in the center of the room but the room is still comfortable and cozy. Hotel with a great price to stay in Kota Kinabalu. Insya-Allah I will come back to this hotel for other more trip.

Poor sleep due to loud clubs and faulty door handle; otherwise good.
Pros:

Central location, great breakfast, friendly staff, good amenities in the room, ocean view is beautiful.

Cons:

Ocean view means fronting the main road and the night clubs that operate until 3am… very loud. Floors not clean. The batteries for the electronic door handle to my room died while I was out; it took nearly 90min and 3x staff to sort it out. It was late and I needed my sleep- staff was apologetic so I tried to be patient, but that was a very long time.

Pros:

reasonably priced, excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean. Klagan Hotel is our go to hotel whenever we are in KK.

Cons:

only that there was a leak in one of the rooms ceiling due to the airconditioner. having said that, the room was still cool and comfortable. thus, not a big deal for us during that time.
