Overall average stay
Pros:

Near with the pasar malam, Jamilah shop and pasar filipina. Walking distance and easy to find restorant and gifts shop. Easy to get grab and no long to wait. Good breakfast and lift well functioned.

Cons:

1) Call front desk three times no one pickup even has staff in duty
2) Need to pay extra mineral water if we request after cleaning services
3) Bathroom door room 784 lock is not functioned
4) Room 757 after cleaning they put the dustbin in front of the room
5) No replenishment of toiletries and change bath towers every day
6) Can hear and no soundproofing room
7) No door bell

Breakfast is top rated. Full range , well cooked.

Cons:

The top quality rooms are top quality. The middle price rooms, floor7, are not the best. No decorations, bare walls. Poor soundproofing, can hear neighbours talking.

Cons:

Initially, reception advise me to cancel my booking with full payment so that I can rebook with a small discount. It meant I will pay twice. Fortunately a friend saw the discrepancy and helped. Otherwise, I would be charged twice. Being computer illiterate, I will be unable to retrieve my money. I've had previous experience with bookings.com
