The reception team was warm and welcoming. They greeted us pleasantly, offered welcome drinks, handled our luggage with care, and ensured it was delivered to our room smoothly.
The complimentary amenities were thoughtful, and both the property and the food were exceptional, truly reflecting the luxury the brand is known for.
Overall, Park Hyatt offers a beautiful property and excellent dining, but the service fell short of the personalized, attentive experience I expected from a five-star luxury hotel.
Upon arrival, I was carrying my baby and struggled with the door as no one initially came forward to assist. After a short while, a staff member noticed and helped.
I appreciated the pre-arrival calls to check if we needed anything, and my request for a baby crib was accepted. However, the crib was never placed in the room. By the time I realized it was already late at night, and with an infant, I chose not to follow up. It was a small detail that could have made a significant difference.
What disappointed me most was that I had informed the hotel in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, yet there was no acknowledgment or special gesture from the hotel. Even a simple handwritten note or a small complimentary treat would have made the occasion feel special.
I also felt that guests who appeared to be celebrities or well-known personalities received noticeably more attention than regular guests. While I understand that VIP guests may receive additional hospitality, every guest should feel equally valued and cared for.
It’s a beautiful property with friendly and courteous staff. From bellman at the door, Front Desk and restaurant everyone is very professional. Special mention to Lokesh ( who took my check-in) Vijay and Ashish, Chandrakant ( who drove me), Anikath ( who kept my room tidy) and restaurant colleagues (

Great place to stay in Chennai. Amazing staff, Impressive architecture and nice spacious rooms with all the amenities. Five star all around.
The hotel is very well appointed, staff are extremely polite and accommodating, our house keeping, Vinothini, was excellent and paying attention for details, asking about special needs. The breakfast has a large variety to cater to every guest taste. Even, there is almond milk to lattes. The travel concierge is a as very attentive, suggesting what to see and arranging for cars to maximize our sightseeing time.
We will stay again if visiting Chennai again. Thank you!
Amazing hotel with good and spacious rooms.. the bathrooms were massive with all the cupboards inside the bathroom.. so the room felt bigger.. the staff were extra helpful going above and beyond the way.. especially the manager of the main restaurant was going out of way to accommodate our requests.. The breakfast was a highlight.. wide range of amazing authentic Indian and continental offerings.. I came in with my family so thoroughly enjoyed my stay.. defintely worth the money spent..
Nothing much to add here. Only one thing that bothered was that the location is on a one way road. Hence at peak traffic times it can take a little longer to get in and leave the hotel.. but everything else was perfect

Am amazing hospitality team who made our stay very memorable. From the team at Park Brassarie who worked around our late morning arrival to ensure we got a warm breakfast, to the housekeeping team (Aniket) who took the time to set up the room for my child.

I just wanted to leave this review since did not get to meet Imcha but wanted to share that she gave a wonderful check-in to my guest as my guest was Japanese and had trouble speaking in english but because she could speak Japanese I would rest assure for my guest and so did the guest during his stay. Kudos to Imcha and will definitely will visit back.

Excellent Hotel. Fabulous Service. Excellent Ambience, Very clean. Rooms & Bathrooms very comfortable. Food was just excellent at the Breakfast & at The Flying Elephant. Spa too was excellent. Their lobby is also grand & the water body outside the lobby & between the restaurants is great.
