Wunderschönes Hotel ganz in familiärer Hand, wir bekamen ein Upgrade und konnten aus dem Bett auf das Matterhorn schauen, fabelhaft, auch das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig, wir kommen bestimmt wieder
Outstanding stay! Beyond the beautiful view of the Matterhorn, the space was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated the included taxi ride upon arrival and departure, the friendly staff and the included breakfast to start off our days!
It wasn't a big deal but the walk uphill from town was a little tiring. That said, it was more important for us to be away from the heart of the town and enjoy peace and quiet.

The room was comfortable and big, and the hotel is lovely. Staff is very friendly. I also liked the complimentary taxi service for arrival and departure (this is for 2+ nights stay) because the hotel is on a hill. The views are amazing.

Great view of the Matterhorn, the rooms are nicely decorated and the robes and slippers made it feel like home. The eggs to order at breakfast and the fresh fruit were a plus.
It is a hike to the property but the view is spectacular so it was worth it.

Amazing stay in Zermatt! The property is located a bit up the hill from the town center, but in return, you get peace, quiet, and uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn right from your room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice on activities and walks in the area—they even provided free pickup and drop-off from the train station! The room was quiet, spotless, and comfortable, with the highlight being the terrace and its breathtaking mountain views. Breakfast was delicious and generous, featuring local cheeses. A perfect place to stay if you want easy access to town but still feel a little away from it all. I would definitely stay again

Très agréable séjour dans ce bel établissement. Vue sur le Cervin en prenant son petit-déjeuner: un pur bonheur! Les directeurs/gérants de l'hôtel sont adorables et disponibles. Le transfert en taxi, offert à partir de deux nuits, a été très apprécié. Envie d'y retourner très vite.
