Pros:

Great place with fantastic views. Enjoyed the sauna and relaxation area as well as the downstairs living area. Breakfast was also wonderful and staff were very friendly.

It’s a quiet hotel - which suits us. Spectacular views of Matterhorn.

Nothing really. It’s a walk up the hill from town - but that’s Zermatt.

Lovely hotel - breakfast was beautiful!
Pros:

Clean, warm, lovely staff! I loved our little patio and TVs all had YouTube/netflix. Views of the Matterhorn were unmatched!

Cons:

Location was slightly more uphill than I anticipated. Could have had more pastries/baked goods on offer with breakfast. Ran out quite quickly if you were later in the morning.
