Peaceful stay with beautiful views
Pros:

Amazing stay in Zermatt! The property is located a bit up the hill from the town center, but in return, you get peace, quiet, and uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn right from your room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great advice on activities and walks in the area—they even provided free pickup and drop-off from the train station! The room was quiet, spotless, and comfortable, with the highlight being the terrace and its breathtaking mountain views. Breakfast was delicious and generous, featuring local cheeses. A perfect place to stay if you want easy access to town but still feel a little away from it all. I would definitely stay again

Etablissement parfaitement tenu et calme avec vue époustouflante sur le Cervin.
Pros:

Très agréable séjour dans ce bel établissement. Vue sur le Cervin en prenant son petit-déjeuner: un pur bonheur! Les directeurs/gérants de l'hôtel sont adorables et disponibles. Le transfert en taxi, offert à partir de deux nuits, a été très apprécié. Envie d'y retourner très vite.

Swietny widok z okna, cicha okolica (poza kilkoma budowami w poblizu), piekny, przestronny pokoj. Wygodna wanna, blisko centrum, bardzo smaczne śniadania. Bardzo miła obsługa recepcji. Taxi serwis

Cons:

Mimo, że ręczniki wisiały a nie lezaly na podlodze, 2 razy nam je zmieniono, czego nie chcielismy z uwagi na kwestie ekologii. Tylko jedna osoba na sniadaniu to troche malo, moze dlatego Pani nie byla zbyt sympatyczna

Beautiful property at a calm location with an amazing view, lovely spa and great breakfast
Pros:

On a quiet hill 8 mins walking from downtown, the room was amazing, a 2 storey room with a balcony sponsoring a fantastic view of Zermatt and Matterhorn right in front of your face. The overall interior design of the whole property is a stunning rustic type (e.g. the breakfast area, the rooms, even the spa area). Breakfast was fantastic with great variety but especially quality. Lovely scrambled eggs, cappuccino, nice bread/cheese/ham variety. The staff was relentless (special thanks to Martin) in helping you enjoy your stay. The included spa (used the sauna mostly) was also great at the end of each (long) hiking day).

Cons:

Nothing significant at all. If I'm nitpicking, I can refer:
After a long day hiking, the 8 min walk uphill can be unpleasant, but after hiking 5 or 6h, complaining about extra 8 mins sounds ridiculous.Would be nice to have some pancakes or waffles to go with the various fantastic jams they had, also maybe some more fruit variety.
