My daughter and her husband were the travelers, but I am writing this review based on my remote interaction with hotel staff and my daughter's evaluation of her actual 3-day stay. It was my daughter's 40th birthday and I emailed the hotel prior to her travel to Peru to inquire about how and what the hotel staff could do to make her birthday surprise extra-special. I got several immediate responses--all great ideas--but I then chose to wait until my daughter's actual arrival. While there, she Facetimed me to tell me about the fabulous bath products in the guest rooms. I emailed the Concierge, Jorge Loayza (who, by the way is an esteemed member of Les Clefs d'Or) to purchase the lotion for her. It was a painless, immediate transaction and within an hour or two, the lotion was delivered to my daughter's guest room--of course, gift-wrapped--at a very fair price. That level of service is rare to find these days. In addition, upon my daughter's and her husband's arrival, the staff had laid out in small colorful rocks on the bed "Happy Birthday + name" IN CURSIVE IN SPANISH accompanied by a delicious-looking piece of cake. I would also like to give a shout-out to Gabriela Tejada with Guest Services who assisted with the birthday caper. My daughter received an upgraded room and commented that the Executive Club was the best and the location of the hotel was perfect! They cannot wait to return. We cannot wait to visit for the first time.

During my stay at the Hilton in Miraflores, one of the highlights was definitely the Executive Lounge. I highly recommend taking advantage of it during your stay. The service is truly exceptional—everyone is attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need.

Very clean, smelled so nice everywhere! Our family room for 4 with two queen beds was very comfortable and spacious enough to fit all of us.
Bathroom could have more toiletries such as toothbrush, and there was a lack of mini bar in the fridge.
It was only water, tea and coffee available to make.
Breakfast very fresh, with good variety, but it was only buffet style on Sunday and the other two days that we stayed, we could order the same buffet from their menu, which was a bit confusing, hard and it took way longer to get our food! They should really do buffet table every day! Tourist’s times are precious and they need to eat quickly to get to their plan!

Great experience staying at the Hilton. Location is very walkable. Rooftop pool and hot tub were fantastic. What took our stay from good to great was the staff. Service was exceptional, from check in to check out.
