Cons:

I had a terrible experience at your establishment. The lack of parking space was a major inconvenience, and the morning receptionist's attitude was unhelpful and rude. To top it all off, the service was extremely late, making my overall experience very disappointing. Additionally, the charges for early check-in were exorbitant and unreasonable. I had called 2 hours prior to check-in, and they initially agreed to provide a room, but later charged excessively and delayed room assignment.

Pleasant
Pros:

Location and cleanliness, polite staff.

Cons:

Facilities were not adequate, tv didn’t work properly, got it fixed once, then again went back to “no signal”. Had to repeatedly ask for stuff like coffee/tea sachets, water bottles - even though paid for three people!
