Beijing Hyde Courtyard Hotel

The check-in process was terrible. While I speak Chinese, the staff insisted on using a translator that wasn't translating correctly - Do not expect staff to speak English. The staff at check-in was rather apathetic and at times rude. They will make you open your luggage in the lobby to check it/scan it for prohibited items. This is not usual in China and/or Beijing and is a hotel policy that felt invasive. As a traveler, I don't like staff looking through my bags and seeing underwear or where valuables may be. Additionally, we were a party of three in a triple room, but they refused to give us additional room cards- which was inconvenient as our group split at times and then had to coordinate or ask the staff to open doors. Desk staff was defensive when asked about these unusual policies and gave rude responses. While the stay overall was good, the check-in and unusual policies were off-putting.

Only consideration would be that the outside window blind could be dusted off some what - making sure we can open it without getting dust going off it and entering the room. Minor detail.

We stayed in 3rd floor and we have heavy luggage…no escalator

Odamızda dışarıya açılan bir pencere bulunmuyordu; yalnızca iç avluya bakıyordu. Gece boyunca orta avludan gelen gürültü nedeniyle dinlenmekte zorlandık. Sabah erken saatlerde ise çalışan personelin sesleriyle uyandık. Banyo küçüktü ve kullanım açısından yeterince konforlu değildi. Tesise giriş sırasında, güvenlik veya yasal prosedür kapsamında olup olmadığını bilmediğimiz bir uygulamayla karşılaştık. Bavullarımızı açmamız istendi ve içerikleri kontrol edildi. Bu durum bizi rahatsız etti ve beklemediğimiz bir deneyimdi. Şehir genelinde internet erişim sorunu var, tesiste de verim alamadık.

写真を見たときはシャワールームとトイレは壁で仕切られていると思ったのですが、実際はハードタイプのアコーディオンカーテンで仕切られており、床とカーテンの間に隙間があります。シャワーを浴びるとお湯がトイレのほうの床まであふれていくので、床がびしょびしょになります。これを防ぐには、近所のスーパーで雨合羽とテープを買ってきて、アコーカーテンと床の隙間をふさぐ必要があります。部屋に巨大なゴキブリが出ました。あいつはおそらくベッドと壁の隙間に隠れていたと思いますが、夜眠っている間に這い出してきていたかもしれないと思うと、気持ち悪いです。以前北京で泊まったことのあるホテルは排水口からのにおいが強烈で眠れませんでしたが、ここはにおいの問題はありませんでした。
