Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Outstanding service from the check in process to the butler service ( best feature of this hotel) to housekeeping. Very quiet; elegant hotel; and very personalized service. Everyone is so responsive and helpful from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. Staff greet you by your name. Problems are quickly addressed. Will be retuning next month for another extended stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Makati while celebrating our wedding anniversary. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful anniversary surprises, every detail made us feel truly cared for. The butler service was exceptional, especially Butler Eva and Isah, who were always attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. We also appreciated the early check-in accommodation, the beautiful suite, the relaxing afternoon tea at Writers Bar, and the excellent breakfast at Mirèio. Thank you to the entire Raffles Makati team for making our celebration so special. We look forward to returning in the future.

My stay in the Artists Suite at Raffles Makati was absolute perfection, largely thanks to the legendary butler service which truly redefined five-star hospitality. I want to give a special mention to Marco, John, and Isah, who went completely above and beyond with their intuitive, high-touch care. From flawlessly coordinating my morning logistics and delivering a hot coffee to my poolside lounger at 6:30 AM, to preparing an incredibly thoughtful evening sleep ritual complete with a warm bath, chamomile tea, and snacks, their attention to detail was world-class. They anticipated my every need before I even had to ask, making my final night feel like a seamless, deeply restorative sanctuary in the middle of the city.

The personal butler service was excellent specially butler Eva. All the request were provided by butler Eva. All suite room comes with tea time and afternoon cocktail. Breakfast was also fantastic.

Sheena’s at the front desk was very helpful and made my stay memorable. The rooms were amazing and service and restaurants were top class

Mireio the French restaurant was a real delight. Highly recommended

Hotel is right across the Landmark and Greenbelt Mall. There is an underground access that takes you to the mall, which is great for rainy days! We stayed in a King Bedroom suite. The room was in elegant old colonial and very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the down feather pillows and soft linens (there is a Pillow Menu) The room has a receiving foyer, with dining and reading corners at each side. Closet is a walk in closet with lighting, bathroom has a large tub suitable for couples and a very nice city view. The staff cleans the room and refreshes the drinking water bottles, and towels each day. Everyday the staff does the evening rounds for turn down service! You are well taken cared of each day.

The concierge staff headed by Bryan is ready to help you with any of your daily interests …to go about the malls, points of interests and even coupons for a great deal at a nearby Filipino cultural shop.

Mireo and Spectrums are good places to have breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful, so do not shy away from asking something that is not in the menu… they maybe able to accommodate it. We dined at Mireo and Spectrum and have dined twice at Spectrum due to the large selection of breakfast cuisines and fruit juices available…

This is our fourth visit and stay at Fairmont/Raffles and will continue to be our choice of hotel while in Manila.

Checked in for 2 nights. When we arrived, butler Isah made sure we felt welcome and every night thereafter made each night extra special with little surprises in the room. Throughout our stay, butler Isah and team provided prompt service and answered our queries timely. The suite was very comfortable and spacious, filled with details that felt well thought of and deliberately placed. Prime location with access to malls and in the middle of key cities within Metro Manila. Can’t wait to go back.

Great bar, service was fantastic (thanks Nix and Josh) and food was great. I’ll be back.

This wasn't our first stay at Raffles Makati and every time we come back it just reminds us why we keep choosing it. Sheena was the one who checked us in and it was so seamless and efficient, she really made us feel taken care of, especially since we're returning guests. The welcome fruit platter was such a sweet touch too, and the mangosteen honestly made my day since it's one of my favorites.

Butler Marcel was the one who got us settled into our rooms, making sure all our in-room food orders were sorted and laid out so beautifully. Then Butler Isah made sure we got the most out of our stay and walked us through all the ins and outs of the hotel, which we really appreciated. That kind of attention just makes everything feel effortless.

We all enjoyed the place in our own little ways too. My mom and sisters loved the afternoon tea, while my dad and I had the best time with the happy hour drinks. The staff at Mistral were so accommodating when my siblings went up for our wind-down drinks, with the most beautiful view of the Makati skyline. Easily one of the best rooftop views in the city.

The shared amenities were such a perk as well, we really loved the mineral pool and the steam room, perfect for resetting after a long day. And one of the sweetest little moments was during our late night stroll around the area, when we got to say hi to Thompson, the resident black retriever at the entrance. Small thing but it just added to how warm this whole place feels.

The next morning, breakfast at Miréio was amazing. I had the Filipino classic breakfast and it hit the spot, and I'm so glad they could accommodate our many drink requests without any fuss. Such a good way to start the day.

Can't wait for our next stay. Raffles Makati really feels like a home away from home for us.

Returning to Raffles Makati for a second stay only confirmed why we were so eager to come back. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. Every team we encountered—from reception and concierge to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, butlers, and everyone working behind the scenes—provided outstanding service. We loved everything about Raffles. From the moment we stepped out of the vehicle, we were welcomed by professional and courteous staff. Our suite is impeccable, large space, well-appointed, very comfortable. Food is great, too. We tried the menu at the Long Bar and Mistral.
Breakfast as Spectrum was okay, while Mireio is superb! It was also nice that we had team time and evening cocktails inclusive.

Thanks to Sheena at the front desk, Eva who ushered us to our room, Cyrille at Writer’s Bar, and everyone, they truly made our stay memorable.

We were gifted an overnight stay with a spa experience at Raffles Makati by a close friend of ours as a wedding present.

From the moment we checked in, we knew this stay would be something special. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Marco and Ms. Cielo, who personally accompanied us to our room. Little did we know, this was just the beginning of an unforgettable VIP experience. From check-in to afternoon tea, dinner, breakfast, and even check-out, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

To top it all off, we later found out that Raffles had upgraded us, complimentary, to one of their largest suites as an additional wedding gift. We were honestly overwhelmed with gratitude and kilig. Kung hindi pa kami nagtanong, hindi pa namin malalaman, usually sa start pa lang sinasabi na. 🥹

What touched our hearts the most were the handwritten congratulatory notes prepared by the staff (Erika, Dustin, Marian, Pau, Joshua, Banjo, Rency, Aby, Trish, Marah, Anna, Sheena, Emark & Mr. Schneider), coordinated by Ms. Cielo, Ms. Trish, and Sirs Marco and Josh. Such a simple yet incredibly meaningful gesture made us feel so celebrated and cared for. #happypridemonth 🏳️‍🌈

To everyone at Raffles Makati, thank you for making our wedding celebration even more memorable. We are beyond grateful for the warmth, thoughtfulness, and exceptional service. This is a weekend we'll cherish forever.

The thing that stood out the most for me was the entire room was excellently clean. The sofa, the carpet, the bed, everything. Usually these are these are things that hotels don't deep clean to often, but the room we stayed in was the cleanest we've ever stayed in.

Of course the butler service was excellent and the entire stay felt exclusive. We'll come back again.

All I can say is that I really had a great experience throughout my stay from check in to check out. All staff went out of their way to remember your needs, preferences, and orders. Best hotel and experience for us in the Philippines for sure.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient and accesible, just a fews steps away to Glorietta and Greenbelt. The suite is very relaxing to stay at. The staff are very courteous, warm and accomodating. I would like to commend and say thank you to our butler, Miss Eva, who is so kind in assisting us. Also, Miss Marian of Writer’s bar, thank you for your very kind assistance to our request. Surely, it was a memorable day for us and we highly recommend this hotel.
