Amazing experience . The staff is as very attentive to every request/ they were intentional and accommodating. The hotel was very sophisticated.

Our stay at Raffles Makati was truly an unforgettable experience and without a doubt the best hotel experience we have ever had.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The room was beautiful, elegant, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. Every part of the hotel reflected luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and sincerely welcoming. The communication with both the Concierge and Butler teams was absolutely perfect throughout our entire stay. Everything was organized seamlessly, including our airport transfer, which was handled flawlessly.

We would especially like to thank Butler Uno, Jayson from Mireio, the Concierge team members Julian Phillip, Trisha, Bryant, and Cielo Rodero for their outstanding service and kindness. A very special thank you also goes to Mr. Lapuz for the wonderful and insightful tour through the hotel’s art collection.

The cocktails at the Long Bar were excellent and became one of the highlights of our evenings.

To everyone at Raffles Makati: thank you for making our stay so memorable. It was a truly perfect experience for us, and we sincerely hope to return one day.

Absolutely nothing to complain about at this hotel. Every interaction with staff was pleasant, they went above and beyond. Special thanks to Butlers John and Julio, Sheena, Cyrid and Dustin who ensured that our stay was extra special.

Breakfast was also excellent in Mireio daily. Continental buffet, with all hot food items cooked to order. This meant that all food was at a high quality - the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel breakfast

An absolute gem in the city! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the Makati Skyline.

Butler Sebastian, our main butler together with his teammates (butler Uno) made everything so seamless and gave as a top notched service, their attention to detail was also commendable.

My sister and I treated ourselves to a relaxing Mother’s Day staycation. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were so spoiled and pampered by Sebastian, Dustin, Gail and the rest of the staff. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Would not stay at any other Hotel in Manila. The rooms at the Raffles are large and very comfortable but what is Exceptional about this property is the staff that run it. From the Butler’s Sebastian and Uno to the breakfast staff Jamie and Grace to the Reception Marc. Wow Wow Wow. The list goes on and on. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We had another exceptional stay with our family and could not thank the entire Raffles staff enough! There is a reason we keeping coming back and this place truly feels like our second home.

We are eagerly waiting for next year when we return. Once again thank you to everyone for making our stay a memorable one.

This is my second visit to this beautiful property.
Location - very convenient, with huge malls and great restaurant all within walking distance. I had no problem walking in this area after dark.
You can clearly tell this property takes staff training seriously.

We had the most wonderful experience of our lives at this hotel. The staff was so kind, attentive, and more than accommodating. My partner was not feeling well and during our breakfast(which was phenomenal by the way) they made her the most amazing ginger tea! The complimentary tea time was a unique experience as well as the couples massage was wonderful. Last minute we needed to extend our stay due to a flight issue and the hotel manager spoke with us directly and did not hesitate to give us more time. We will absolutely go back and find ourselves reminiscing about this place on a regular basis 😃

We had a great time at the Raffles Makati. It was a truly luxurious experience. Jamie, Peter, Grace, and Gian made sure every breakfast was fantastic at Mireio. Diane from housekeeping made up our suite to suit our needs. And of course our butler Eva made everything so seemless and easy. The service was fantastic.

Awesome Service and room! This my 5th visit and received amazing service from the airport arrival pickup to check-in. Love the upgraded room with great amenities. Just a small critique, the tea/sugar was not replenished and have to ask for it. Had breakfast and dinner at Miero. Food and service is fantastic, especially from Mark who remembers me from my previous visit. Friendly and welcoming. I'm returning again in July for my birthday trip. Can't wait!!

Raffles is the ultimate experience, attentive amazing friendly staff especially our breakfast team, Jamie, Jillian, Peter,Gian, Janvic & Julia .. they knew our beverage orders and had our table ready everyday, what a pleasure to have such a wonderful team treating us daily .. we will be back!! 😊

Nice ambience with good french food. Service was great with Jayson being the server. Bread was good and fresh.

We loved everything about the property especially the warmth and kindness from all the Raffles and Fairmont staff who accommodated all of our needs. The restaurant breakfast buffet, swimming pools, Spa services, and rooftop bar were all amazing and the location next malls and restaurants was perfect.

I absolutely loved our two-night stay at Raffles Makati. From the moment we stepped into the property, being greeted by name was such a thoughtful personal touch that immediately made me feel like a truly valued guest.

Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that my 4.5-year-old son and I had a wonderful experience, whether we were at the Writer’s Bar, Mireio, or the pool.

Breakfast at Mireio was always peaceful, and the staff—Joy, Jamie, Mary Grace, and Gian—made sure my picky eater son was well taken care of and had options he enjoyed.

The Writer’s Bar offered a fantastic selection of food and cocktails, and we were so well looked after by Erika, Marian, and Pauline. Afternoon tea was beautifully presented with a great variety of tea choices, and the evening cocktails were substantial enough to pair with a light dinner—I only wish I had done that on both nights.

I also had an in-suite massage, and Uno made sure my son was happily entertained the entire time with toys and activities, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

A special mention as well to Chyna/China at the front entrance, who noticed I was wearing an SB19 cap. It was such a lovely and unexpected moment bonding over our shared love for the group.

The hotel’s location is another major plus. Being right next to Greenbelt and Landmark was incredibly convenient—there’s even a path through the basement parking that leads directly to Landmark if you want to avoid the heat. It made for a perfect base, especially since my son loved going to Timezone, and it was easy for me to meet friends at the many restaurants around Greenbelt.

Raffles Makati will definitely be my preferred choice the next time we travel to Manila.
