Location, station next to it, price wasn’t bad
Having to pay extra for car parking
So close the the DART shuttle and the Luton partway station. I had a 8am flight no issues of making it. It’s quiet at night with tesco and burger joint close by
Proximity to the DART and airport for early or late flight.. the beds are comfortable it’s clean and the food is okay
Nothing I did not like , but maybe improve - The breakfast bags are paper and collected very early on way out of the door… but the paper goes soggy and breaks if the yogurt /drink is cold/moist…or raining ! I would be quite happy just to take an apple and cereal bar to stuff in my pocket …
Great location to the airport
Thought there would be sound proofing
Our room was a long way from the elevator so getting there with all the suitcases late at night was challenging
We left for a flight too early for breakfast but were offered a breakfast bag to go which was a really nice idea.
Hospitality of reception staff and breakfast.
Shower tray was damaged.
Bed is too close to wall leaving very little space to manoeuvre.
Rooms were ok. Only 2 tea bags and 2 milks. Asked for more at reception and hour later no show. Phoned and more arrived.
For the price I thought it was very basic no charging points for the car had yo go to retail park. I didnt feel the facilities on offer warranted a high price.
The staff allowed us to check out a bit later later 11 qhich we really appreciated and also that breakfast was very good.

Very good time for breakfast, it styarts quite early, that is very good if you have flight early in the morning. This hotel is next to railway station, and DART terminal (cable car going to London Luton Airport).
electronic keys decode very easy... but the staff at the reception helps to solve this problem very fast...

Gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof Luton Airport Parkway. Bequemes Bett, gutes Bad und reichhaltiges Frühstück
Die Fenster könnten besser isoliert sein. Ab morgens 6 Uhr hört man die startenden Flugzeuge doch ziemlich deutlich. Schlaf ist anschließend fast nicht mehr möglich.
Location was good clean tidy. Rooms big. Staff friendly.
No parking available at 3am so did not stay and had to drive 160 miles home
