Overall a good airport hotel - but with some minor shortcomings which could easily be rectified.
Pros:

Clean hotel with very comfortable beds. Main advantage is convenience for train station and DART.

Cons:

Price is rather high - particularly for a room without a fridge. Hot breakfast is only vaguely warm (even soon after service starts).
Staircases are mainly for emergency use only and with one exception it is impossible to exit at the ground floor without activating an alarm. At bedroom floor level there is no warning of this provided, and as a result there are guests with no luggage clogging up lifts unnecessarily because they despair locating the one (unsigned) staircase available for daily use.
It is bizarre and not obvious that it is only possible to book a room with included DART ticket if the DART transit is towards the airport (and not away from the airport on a day of arrival by plane - which could be done by online download link).
Staff at reception are excellent, but email responses in advance of a visit are unsatisfactory, and apparently dealt with by some remote, ill-informed central office with no experience of the particular hotel that is the subject of the enquiry.

Lovely staff - and a good value choice for your next stay in LUTON.
Pros:

the Hotel staff at HAMPTON BY HILTON, Luton were the most guest-centric I have experienced in recent years.
Hats off to reception staff, breakfast staff - and indeed all Hampton staff that I came across.
They all made us feel not only visible, but more importantly VALUED,

Cons:

The only minor complaints were:
The 2 beds were extremely 'creaky', so that everytime someone got out of bed it was difficult not to wake the other person.
Also - it would have been useful for the guest instruction card to have included instructions for adjusting the A/C in the bedroom.

Excellent hotel and staff will def stay again
Pros:

First time staying here the night before a flight from Luton airport decided to choose this hotel.as its right outside parkway station so excellent location room was great had dinner in the bar/,restaurant food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful we were really impressed and will def stay again the dart runs reguarly through the night to.get to the airport in a few minutes there is a tesco opposite if you need to buy a few bits

Pros:

Parking was convenient. Location to the Luton Parkway station was first class, we were travelling in to London centre for a meal and show. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but some items were dry and not very hot, such as the sausages and scrambled eggs.
