It was well organised and presentable!

The location is perfect to jump on the DART and be at the airport in 4 minutes. They also offer convenient long stay parking packages.
The bed was horrible, the air con wasn't very good so the room was hot, the water pressure was weak so didn't even get a good shower in the morning. It wasn't a great start to the holiday as we had no rest and were up at 3am!
Not much after the check in experience
The check in took an hour because there was one person working and said person decided to serve drinks to guests who were already checked in and left a queue of 10 people waiting at 2am. They could not find my friends bookings on their system but could see them on booking.com which made check in even longer.
Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and hot everything we wanted or needed
I have stayed in lots of hotels but this has to have the best breakfast buffet and staff on the morning was so helpful
Nothing really but if had to be picky. Just rubbish under the beds not cleaned up
The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities were available, and the staff were welcoming and efficient. I had an evening meal in the breakfast room, which was nice, vegetable lasagne with garlic bread, I also had the vegetable spring rolls.
Easy access to the trains and taxi service. Close to the airport, The DART train takes you to the airport within minutes.
I was happy with my stay and would stay at the Hampton Hilton hotel again.
The noise of the traffic and trains, I think the window should be triple glazed to keep out the noise.
