A bad experience with booking cancellation.
Cons:

Last month I booked two rooms. This hotel and needed to check-in and check out the same day, but the property rejected the request. So, I cancelled the booking on the same day. However, the request for a refund for the same day booking has been refused. Even though explained and requested Booking.com and the property to intimate the refund, denied the request. It's confirmed later that property has received the amount I paid but It seems they are just concerned about getting money in whatever way they wanted.
