Discount was not given despite of package confirmation.
Pros:

Kitchen chef is really great and breakfast buffet excellent. Front office manager Mrs. Monica is very professional and excellent host. GM invited me for a complimentary dinner, which is appreciated and professional.

Cons:

I booked the package with FnB consumption at 20% discount, but hotel refused to give on the outsourced restaurant, which was for me cheating. At the time of booking I got confirmation of this discount without any exception. That mean valid for all restaurants. that was my biggest disappointment.
