Big name good hotel good facilities quite area

Room was comfortable, specious and quite. breakfast was good the selection of resturants down in the lobby is great

Cons:

when you call for any thing no one picks up the fone. only house keeping guys do answer the rest no one answer your call incase of emergency you will be in trouble because of this.

The staff was amazing. A special thanks to Douglas for his kindness, warm welcome, and excellent service throughout our stay.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the facilities and the staff. The only small point for improvement would be to pay a little more attention to the room cleaning. During our stay, we noticed that some fingerprints and marks remained on the windows and mirrors, and the furniture and floors could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. Nothing major, but a little extra attention to housekeeping would make the experience even better.

The gym was good and the South American Restaurant was excellent
