Pulizia, cordialità e tempestività dello staff nell’accogliere le nostre richieste e risolvere alcune problematiche.
La colazione era variegata e con maggior qualità nella parte salata.
La piscina ben esposta al sole in questo determinato periodo dell’anno (essendo tra i palazzi é possibile che in altre stagioni sia più all’ombra, come notato da altre recensioni). Ampiezza della camera con vista Downtown. Mini bar super fornito, bagno spazioso e con ogni comfort, tra cui un doppio lavandino, due tipologie di cuscino e materasso super comodo.
Ma ciò che da la differenza in un albergo è lo staff, tutti eccezionali dal concierge al bellman, manutentori, house keeping.
Personalmente ho avuto il problema dell’adattatore non compatibile per la ricarica del pc, e lo staff l’ha risolta prestando un cavo dei loro portatili ma dopo vari tentativi per trovare una soluzione. Un attenzione davvero da 5 stelle.
Palestra attrezzata, 4 ristoranti al suo interno dí diverse tipologie di cucina.
La piscina aveva un ambiente rumoroso siccome intorno alla struttura stanno nascendo nuovi grattacieli della Downtown di Dubai.
I driver all’ingresso troppo assillanti nel voler piazzarti la macchina, a Dubai è più conveniente un taxi piuttosto che ncc degli hotel o careem.
Abbiamo avuto problemi con gli scarichi: prima abbiamo trovato otturato il wc. mentre al terzo giorno abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera per acqua di risalita di altre camere che riempieva la vasca. Nel primo caso, assistenza immediata, mentre nel secondo abbiamo goduto di una camera più in alto e con una migliore vista sulla Downtown.
Servizio a colazione un po sbadato, alcuni riordini dei tavoli avevano magari la tazza del cappuccino mancante, o un cucchiaio in meno, o il tovagliolo da richiedere. Questo è forse l’unico aspetto di uno staff un po’ distratto rispetto a tutti gli altri ambiti vissuti impeccabilmente.
