гарні враження, багато чого сподобалось, але більше не повернусь в цей готель

Зручний номер з приголомшливим видом на річку, стильний інтер'єр і чудове розташування

Cons:

Дівчина на ресепшн була відверто не привітна. Говорила швидко португальською про фінансові питання. я розумію португальську, але коли людина старається, щоби її зрозуміли, говорить повільніше і чітко вимовляє. коли я попросила дівчину на ресепшн повторити, вона з незворушним видом випалила те саме з такою саме швидкістю як до того. я попросила говорити англійською, дівчина сказала, що заблокує на моїй карті 100 євро на випадок можливих непередбачуваних витрат, пов'язаних із моїм перебуванням. і тут же на терміналі набрала 200 євро, очікуючи, що я просто сплачу без додаткових пояснень з її сторони.
Це дуже контрастувало з підкресленою гостинністю іншого персоналу. Так само в номері, все дуже гарно, але стильна раковина знизу протікає прямо на підлогу, душем теж неможливо користуватись, щоби не пролити воду на підлогу. рушник немає де повісити. хіба кинути на підлогу, щоби якось зупинити витікання води звідусіль.
резюмуючи, хочу сказати, що в готелі є те, що справило гарне враження, але воно ж по відчуттям було надмірне і ця надмірність є зовсім не обов'язкова. в той же час прості речі, які якраз обов'язкові, не були забезпечені.

Great stay, would come back again
Pros:

- great staff, everyone was super nice and made sure we had a comfortable stay
- great view (we had 19th floor)
- breakfast was fresh and delicious
- clean
- good wi fi
- area with lots of dining options

Cons:

- Bed was a bit stiff
- Shower is not easy to deal with, as well as some leaking
