Perfect for relaxation but not for kids entertainment
Pros:

Location was great - walking distance to restaurants as well as a shopping mall. Our room was very spacious and it had a hanging egg chair next to the window for relaxation while looking at an amazing view of the River Tejo.

Cons:

The hotel has an adult vibe and caters mainly for relaxation. The indoor pool is on the small side so if you're staying with kids, it might not be ideal especially since the pool is next to sauna, steam room, and massage rooms.

Experiência altamente recomendável
Pros:

Adorei tudo.
Os funcionários são prestáveis e extremamente educados.
O hotel é moderno, limpo e bonito.
O Spa tem a melhor vista que alguma vez observei.
A suite que aluguei é maravilhosa, espaçosa e tivemos direito a chocolates e um licor quando entramos no quarto.
Serviço fenomenal.

Cons:

Não achei que a senhora que nos atendeu no spa fosse tão educada e prestável como o resto da equipa do hotel. Ela não foi rude connosco, mas não teve tanto decoro como outros funcionários do hotel.
O facto de ter de usar o cartão para andar no elevador pareceu-me exagerado a nível de segurança.

Nos hemos alojado tres noches en el hotel y la experiencia fue de mal en peor. La noche en que llegamos, nos dimos cuenta de que la ducha estaba estropeada; nada más abrir el grifo, el agua comenzaba a salir por debajo, inundando toda la habitación. Avisamos a recepción y enviaron a una persona que pretendía sellar la ducha con silicona en nuestra presencia. Sin embargo, al ver la gravedad de la situación, nos indicó que podíamos pedir un cambio de habitación.En ese momento, apareció una empleada de recepción con una actitud sumamente prepotente y nos asignó otro cuarto. Desafortunadamente, la situación fue la misma: el agua se filtraba por debajo al utilizar la ducha, por no hablar de la evidente falta de mantenimiento, ya que la silicona se veía sucia y la alfombra estaba gastada.Al día siguiente, tras volver a la habitación después del servicio de limpieza, nos encontramos con que apenas nos habían dejado toallas. Las pocas que había estaban deshilachadas y manchadas. Por si fuera poco, la ducha había dejado de funcionar por completo. El tema del papel higiénico es otro asunto aparte en este hotel, ya que si no lo pides, no lo reponen.Le expliqué la situación a Daniel, el chico de recepción y la única persona amable que encontramos en el establecimiento. Me indicó que lo resolvería; sin embargo, las toallas seguían sin aparecer. Se lo volví a comentar y finalmente las trajeron. Salimos de la habitación y, al volver por la noche, las toallas que había pedido habían vuelto a desaparecer misteriosamente, a pesar de que la habitación no se había vuelto a limpiar.Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es el spa y las vistas. También destaco la atención de Daniel, pues fue el único que intentó ayudar y solucionar los problemas. El resto del personal que nos atendió, además de ser desagradable, fue increíblemente prepotente, sobre todo la chica del primer día.

Pros:
