Not value for money. Not a four star at all. I wouldn’t want to visit it again. Extremely over priced.

Pros:

I paid extra for an air conditioned room. A lot actually but was worth it. I would've been fried otherwise.

Charged us 100 CHF extra for our 3-year-old with no extra bed provided. Rooms have no AC and were extremely hot. No dent

- they charged additional CHF 100 for a 3 year old child without providing any extra child bed, just for allowing us to take our 3 years old child during our stay at their hotel.
- its very hot and doesn’t have any AC. For 4 proclaimed 4 star is unacceptable

Hotel in guter Lage in Interlaken. Grosszügige und saubere Zimmer.
Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls grosszügig und abwechslungsreich.
Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer auf die Strasse sind am Morgen etwas laut (wenn Fenster geöffnet / gekippt).
