For this price it doesn’t worth to stay in this hotel with selfish staff
We had room with breakfast but the breakfast was awful

3人部屋で宿泊しましたが、3つベッドがあってもスーツケースがみんなで広げられるくらい広かったです。部屋は、綺麗でクローゼットに荷物を棚もありよかったです。インターラーケンオストからも近くロケーション最高。

We paid a huge amount for a 3 night stay, but sadly the room we were given had no air conditioning. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid and the weather was so hot. We couldn’t stay during day time and it wasn’t that easy to sleep also at night due to the weather.

• Breakfast was decent

• Room was not clean — found hair on the bed
• Bathroom drainage doesn’t work. Raised it with staff, was told it’s an old building and I should just deal with it
• Shower faucet was broken, stuck on hot water only — miserable in August heat. Eventually got a temporary fix, but only after complaining
• Paying ~€400/night for a room that wasn’t properly cleaned is not acceptable
Overall: Don’t book this hotel if you actually want a clean, comfortable stay. The location is convenient and breakfast is fine, but the room maintenance and hygiene were poor for the price. Not recommended for families or couples on vacation.
