Wonderful hotel in Interlaken
Pros:

Good location 800 metres from Interlaken Ost towards Interlaken West - hint; walk to end of train platform as there is a street level exit. We had room 102 which was a corner room facing the street and park and facilities and layout excellent with large spacious bathroom. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Early check in and free unreplenished initial mini-bar appreciated. Bed was very firm and comfortable - two singles pushed together but snug. Two individual donnas but still highly suited for romantic couple. Excellent breakfast with wide choices and even a glass of sparkling to start the day if you want.
View of Park where paragliders land was a bonus. Convenient access to shops in Interlaken west - about 400 metres.

Cons:

No air-conditioning but try finding a room that does have air-conditioning anywhere in Interlaken. Only a problem in hotter months but two fans provided. Result of global warming and had to retrofit so a minor criticism. If a concern, then avoid July and August.

Pros:

Wonderful location. Breakfast buffet had large selection and good quality.

Cons:

Heat wave and no AC. that was more out of their control we did have fans.

Clean Well located Hotel
Pros:

The location was great, convenient for shopping, walking, restaurants. It has been very hot during this July 2026 and we opted to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. Good bathroom.

מרכזי ארוחת בוקר טוב חדר גדול

Cons:

חשבנו שהזמנו חדר עם מזגן אך לא ! היה חם מאד . הציעו להחליף לחדר עם מזגן תמורת 500 פרנק תוספת .לקחנו כמובן עם הגל חום .אבל 19 מעלות זה ממש לא היה ( כמו שהבטיחו) החללים הציבורים לא ממוזגים . אני יודעת שזו בעיה באירופה אבל יש להבליט יותר שמדובר בחדר מסוים בלי מזגן .

Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel bang in centre of town. Lovely gardens and very pretty. Rooms very comfortable and every tv channel available with sport for my husband. Great breakfast and the staff were all lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Had no dislikes at all...we stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Never again.

The location is amazing.

Cons:

The lady who made the check in for us was so nice and kind, in the next day when I went down at 9:30 for breakfast, the lady was on reception I just asked her if possible to check out on 11:30 instead of 11:00.
She was so cold and how she answered ( no we can’t do that) I had just leave her and go to breakfast,
I was really so disappointed from the way she answered, and here we were talking about 30 min!!!
Seriously, you are asking people to check in at 15:00.
The way she reply was to harsh, it just turned me off from think about this hotel for the next time.
It will amazing to show a little of flexibility or try explain why u can’t in nicer way.
